I highly recommend staying at this hotel!! Cameron was a great help checking me in and getting me situated for my staycation. Not only was he professional, but he was also personable, funny, and had great hospitality! When staying anywhere its important to feel like you are more than a number and I felt welcomed each time I was greeted by a smile and warm wishes for the day! The location is clean, the rooms are modern yet cozy, and the overall hotel was up kept very nice! If you are looking for a place to stay I 10/10 highly recommend!!

I hosted a meeting in Houston and we had 14 guests stay at Springhill Suites Houston Northwest. I worked with Imagine and she was amazing! She was super responsive during the planning and made sure all of our guests were taken care of. I also loved the front desk staff. Harold was particularly helpful and so so friendly. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was great and the location was ideal. Thank you, everyone! We will be back!

Hotel is nice, seemingly undergoing some renovations or construction of sorts as equipment and painters tape i found around my door makes evident. Layout of the hotel is weird with how they have the parking lot and have one of the 2 entrances chained off. People also routinely made their own parking spots wherever they could during my week long stay. This hotel is also being compared to another area Springhill that I usually book at for work trips to the area; long story short I'll be more vigilant to make sure I book the correct SpringHill

This is not a 5 star hotel with a concierge lounge, but some of the staff treated me as though it was. Especially Cameron, he's the best! Overall, my stay could have been better but the actions of the staff is why I give it a 5. The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet even during the renovations that were happening. The fire alarm went off during my stay and on my walk down the stairs with other guest, there was a woman walking up and told us to just head outside. Turned out it was a false alarm. I called the front desk to verify if the elevators were out still and they were, but Cameron offered to take my luggage down the stairs from the 5th floor. When checking out, Cameron was very apologetic about the downside of my stay but honestly, the bigger issue was out of their control. What you should know is that breakfast is over at 9am during the week. I was told a later time at check in and missed it. This hotel is also really close to a mall which had several restaurant options around it. Will definitely stay here again.
