I am only going with 4 stars simply because it is not a 4-5 star property. However it is a great location for attending a game at NRG stadium. It's a 15-20 minute easy walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with a totally separate seating and work desk area. Small microwave and refrigerator are tucked under the wetbar. Closet had plenty of hangers. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast included was simple, and did its job. Staff were friendly. You do pay $12 per day to park. Would've paid more to park in the area for Texans game, so that is fine. Plenty of food, grocery, drugstore options within 10-15 min drive.

me and my parents came to md anderson for my moms treatments and springhill suites were amazing. the staff is awesome. anything we needed they got it!!!! the amenities were fabulous as well. the rooms were always clean and spacious. i would recommend them to ANYBODY!! thank you so much for accommodating me and my family.

We had tickets to a game at the NRG stadium, it was a convenient walk over. Tabitha was awesome from check in to check out. She was attentive and kind throughout the stay, very helpful and accommodating. A plus customer service from her level of service.

It’s a NO for me! I stayed for 4 nights without a room cleaning or refreshed linens. My sheets were threadbare with holes. The upholstery in the room had food stuck to it and stains. When I stayed the end of July the pool was closed several times due to unbalanced chemicals. The website states they have a bar and restaurant but it was closed 2 of the 4 nights because the bartender didn’t show up. The carpet in the corridor smells dirty and looks dirty. The bathroom fan was not functioning properly, so loud I didn’t run it. The blow dryer provided worked intermittently, smoked and I couldn’t use it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked where the ice machine was. You have to ask the front desk for ice on the first floor, very inconvenient. Not a good value for me! I had no time to complain to the staff, overwhelmed and exhausted. This hotel serves people battling cancer who need better accommodation.

Rooms needs more updated. Toilet didn't flush properly. My guest was stuck in the restroom for 2 hours and the staff came with a knife to try open the door. I had to force the door open so that he could get out. Very traumatic moment.
