Steven at the front desk was great. He got me checked in quickly, answered all of my questions, and greeted me each time I left & arrived back at the hotel. Truly great service, a nice room, and convenient to food/services.

My company reserved the conference room and hotel room at this hotel and I highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the Manager, Mark who goes above and beyond for guests. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Thank you and highly recommended!

This review is very specific about front office service while during check-in followed by stay. For some reason, experienced a targeted behavior by the front office person. It was for a weekend stay to participate in a tournament near by place but the front office person was behaving rude during the process. Felt insulting when we heard a knock on the door while kids were sleeping by the front office person, who complained about noise from the room when we all slept an hour ago. Apart from the front office person's behavior, room & facility always great when it comes to springhill suites.

Mark (General Manager) and his staff are the BOMB.COM! They are awesome. My husband and I stay here whenever we have appointments at MD Anderson and we keep coming back because it’s like coming home. We are always greeted professionally yet with warmth and are treated likewise throughout our entire stay. It’s a wonderful place with good ole’ fashioned hospitality.
