SpringHill Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport

Very smooth check-in, we were greeted warmly and accommodated well. We were able to check in quickly and were upgraded to a lovely suite, which was a nice surprise. The amenities were clean and well looked after. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette, a comfortable West Elm sofa, and a dedicated office area. The air conditioning was powerful and worked well. The shower had good pressure and temperature control, and the towels and pillows were good quality. The location is convenient, right near a nice Mexican restaurant we’d recommend. The complimentary shuttle service was amazing, and the free launderette came in very handy for last-minute washing. Overall, a great stay with excellent value and helpful amenities. We’d definitely return!

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere is tranquil, comfortable, and well-maintained, ideal for relaxing. Today I requested room service in room 5.30 and received excellent service. I especially want to highlight the help of Mrs. Mary from maintenance, who was very respectful, attentive, and always available to assist. She helped me with the television and the toilet quickly and efficiently, showing great kindness and professionalism. Without a doubt, her helpfulness made my experience at the hotel even better. I will definitely return.

This is a great value for the money property very close to IAH. 4 stars doesn’t mean it’s the nicest hotel in the world….but it serves its purpose well. Of course the close proximity to the airport can be a huge plus but also means contending with noise from flights directly overhead. There is an airport shuttle which is convenient. Front desk staff was very kind and courteous at check in. I was surprised that my Bonvoy status + benefits were recognized despite booking through a third party. Room was clean. Mattress was a little hard but nothing to complain about at this price point. Overall, no issues for a quick business trip and late night arrival.

I was returning my rental car and had some time to kill before my flight, so I stopped into the hotel bar and it ended up being the highlight of my day. The bartender Valerie was amazing. Super welcoming, easy to talk to, and just had the best energy. She made the whole place feel relaxed and fun. The drinks were seriously top tier, perfectly made and hit the spot. Honestly I’d give the hotel 5 stars just based on that experience alone. If you stop in, hope you get Valerie, she’s the best!!

No surprises! Standard Marriott experince. We didn't care for their hotel controlled a/c cooling. It makes you wonder why the thermostat controls are in rooms. If it's turned on, it functions the same no matter how low it's set. We enjoyed the stay, park & ride at airport location!
