A Great week long experience while on a business trip. The front desk was always helpful and courteous, the rooms were clean and will kept, housekeeping did a very good job. The continental breakfast was the usual, but was well-managed. The bar was pricey, but the drinks were will filled. A very clean, quiet, and nice experience.

Overall good stay. Traveled here on business. Checked in late and had to wait for the front desk person to come back from whatever they had been doing to help another guest. Security did not even acknowledge me or the other guest when they came inside. The room was clean and large. The deadbolt portion of the lock did not seem to work properly and locked itself at times almost locking me out of the room at one point. Not all the exterior doors close like they should. Breakfast had a decent selection every day for continental breakfast and the bar was open every night.

Horrible customer service from manager. She was so rude and she just refused to help. Front desk lady messed my reservation and now she wasn’t able to fix her mistake so she called her manager and sadly she refused to help. She even raised her voice. I tried to explain her that her employee was the one that made the mistake. But she didn’t care. She was so rude I didn’t feel safe at all there. So I decided to stay somewhere else for that night but she canceled my reservation with out even asking me. I know everyone can make mistakes but it’s alright to accept them and get it fix. I didn’t even receive an apology. She also choose to deny me service. Trying to cover their mistakes. She even told me that I can leave. I have been a Marriott customer for many years. And I never had a problem like this before. Also front desk lady charged my credit card without even telling me the amount. And now to get a refund will take 3-10 business days according to the manager.

The staff did a great job all around and made my stay very pleasant. I especially want to recognize Mirtha from housekeeping — she stood out with her professionalism and attention to detail. My room was extremely clean, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she was so nice and kind, with a super positive attitude that really made a difference in my stay. Thank you, Mirtha!

As a platinum elite member, there are standards and expectations that one would have as a hotel guest. One basic expectation is to have a well lighted parking lot, so you don't miss the hotel as you are driving by. Another expectation is to be able to see security near the hotel when employees know that none of the lights are on in the parking lot. I don't think that is too much to ask. However, no one could tell me why not even the hotel sign had no light. I don't think I was the only guest to inquire about the lights because the next night, one light pole was operating and the overhead light at the front door was working. Minus safety concerns, the room was spacious and clean. Equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The shower water was nice and hot and the bathroom lighting was great. I would recommend mounting the TV near the wall where the closet is, so a room with double beds will be more accessible to see the TV. Breakfast had a variety that consisted of oatmeal, eggs, sausage links, fresh fruit, bagels, waffles ready to pour, yogurt, cold cereal, and different types of juice and milk.
