A Great week long experience while on a business trip. The front desk was always helpful and courteous, the rooms were clean and will kept, housekeeping did a very good job. The continental breakfast was the usual, but was well-managed. The bar was pricey, but the drinks were will filled. A very clean, quiet, and nice experience.

Overall good stay. Traveled here on business. Checked in late and had to wait for the front desk person to come back from whatever they had been doing to help another guest. Security did not even acknowledge me or the other guest when they came inside. The room was clean and large. The deadbolt portion of the lock did not seem to work properly and locked itself at times almost locking me out of the room at one point. Not all the exterior doors close like they should. Breakfast had a decent selection every day for continental breakfast and the bar was open every night.

Great front desk service for a late night check-in. Only things are the electrical outlet on the wall and desk areas need to work. Outlet on the wall by the desk don't work and the one outlet on the lower part of the wall by the desk, only one plugin worked. It's almost like they put the cover over one outlet and the upper part of the cover covered the sheet rock. Overall experience is good so far. Convenient location by the freeway and eateries. 18/17 mins from IAH.

The staff did a great job all around and made my stay very pleasant. I especially want to recognize Mirtha from housekeeping — she stood out with her professionalism and attention to detail. My room was extremely clean, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, she was so nice and kind, with a super positive attitude that really made a difference in my stay. Thank you, Mirtha!

Well I am coming back to update on visit January 2/3-5. Called Friday evening to inquire due to very late flight of the evening. Customer service rep, informed me she would pass along information as to the dates to put in for reservation, got to hotel and representative had no clue or idea of what I was speaking of. Also informed it was some type of technical issues so the front desk representative was unable to book me. Was told I could come back 4am. So moving forward today Monday January 5th at check out was speaking with front desk representative and the only thing I was told, he would speak with night crew in regards to reservations. Also the general manager was standing right there, never took accountability for anything or any resolution. I had already told the other person that this was the nail in the coffin for me that I would not be booking here anymore, the general manager never responded. And to me that is not okay.
