Our stay at the Houston Hobby Airport Marriott over the summer was fantastic overall. The rooms were clean and very well maintained, and the customer service, breakfast, and overall experience were excellent. This is truly a great hotel, and staff members like Lisa make it stand out even more. What is especially commendable is the support Lisa provided with our packages. Several packages were mistakenly delivered to the hotel over several months following our stay. Lisa kindly held them for us and assisted with getting them shipped, handling the situation with care, courtesy, and attention throughout the process. We sincerely appreciate the service we received and highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great service, decent bed, and showers had the necessities. Breakfast had a nice selection. The location was also very convenient with restaurants nearby and very close to the airport. I will definitely book here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. The moment we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell that didn’t go away throughout our stay. The breakfast options were also very limited, which was disappointing, especially for the price paid. The biggest inconvenience came in the morning when the toilet stopped working, causing unnecessary hassle before checkout. Additionally, no water bottles were provided in the room, which is a basic amenity most hotels include. The location is also a bit secluded, making it harder to access restaurants or stores nearby. Overall, the stay was not very comfortable. With some improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

This hotel is showing its age in places but the room was clean. The water in the shower was barely hot. There were signs that there was ice on 1st, 3rd, and 5th. I trekked to third, not working, then up to fifth and the machine was literally in pieces and obviously under repair. Finally down on the first floor there was a small ice machine that had some ice (the old machine also didn’t work). We used the free airport shuttle which was prompt and the driver was friendly. The suite had a microwave, little fridge, and little sink, however no kitchen utensils or supplies at all except for the coffee maker. The suite was a nice size and very comfortable. Breakfast was typical but adequate. For the price (we used a $50 Chase credit) we were pleased with our experience.

The reason they get a three is tge half and half for coffee was literally thick and creamy. No Bueno! Other than that staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful.
