Room is a good size and clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating to special requests. My room was cleaned every day. Plenty of food options around the hotel, but none really within it. Does have a Starbucks downstairs and a shared little bar with limited hours (small menu of some flatbreads). 15 minute walk to the conference center. All in all would stay here again.

The rooms are HOT! It is on a set timer and stayed hot , it does not state you have to use valet . But yes unless you want to park somewhere random down the street and carry your bags with all your kids to your room which is ridiculous for 500+$ for 2 nights . The staff is super nice and location is great. The hotel it’s self is a no . Beds are not comfortable blankets and sheets are crispy . And the carpets are really outdated with an older smell to the room .

My visit at SpringHill Suites hotel was excellent. The front desk and GM were very helpful and accommodating to my stay. The rooms my family and I stayed in were very clean and well-made. With where the hotel is located, it offers walkable and easy access to the public train so we took that to Museum District and areas around for sight-seeing.

rooms are fine, but the bathroom has no real door and no ventilation. and the front desk staff of all three connected hotels are extremely rude. very low value for the price. would absolutely not stay again.

The carpet in the halls needs cleaned They still have bathtubs Who uses a bathtub? Saw older persons if they have knee, hips mobility issues its hard to step in and out. Restaurants are hard to find even though there is an entertainment district across the street. Breakfast was hard to find i didn't want the bestro at the hotel and it was expensive Asked the front desk about somewhere to get Breakfast the place she recommended wasnt even open. You're front desk staff should be knowledgeable of what is in the area lots of things on the list are $$$ & $$$$ Also chain restaurants. I travel i don't do chain restaurants
