It’s Marriott again and again. My last stay was great! Problems at my building. I was there for only a night. I was able to take a shower and sleep well. Woke up went and had breakfast in the cafe. Christian worked the breakfast bar went above and beyond making the day and breakfast a good/great start for me. Her service and conversation was so inspiring and need for the day ahead. Thanks again Marriott and Christian. The care, comfort and pleasant communication provided is what’s needed in the world today.😊

A/C did not work. We checked in at 10pm and the thermostat indicated the room temp was 80. We changed the setting to 72 and went to bed. At 2 am the temp was still 80. We did not feel like much could be done this time of night and did not want to pack up so we lumped it until morning. The front desk clerk said the thermostats are set to return to the higher temp if no movement is detected in the room. Insane, who moves in their sleep. She then point out (smugly) that all we had to do was to hold three buttons down on the thermostat to override this feature. There was not indication on the thermostat, in the room, and no one at the front desk point this out when we checked in. But her attitude was along the lines of we should have know this. No offer made to reduce the charge for the room and we did not ask for any (my fault). I just did not feel like arguing about is and I certainly did not feel like it would have don't any good. For 190/night you should get a/c. Add to the uncomfortable room and bad attitude of the clerk the really crappy breakfast (cold eggs and cold hash browns) and we would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

If I could give more stars for service, I would. CECELIA at the front desk was AMAZING!!! She was so helpful during our one night stay. My husband and I were involved in a car accident in our rental vehicle prior to our arrival at the hotel and missed breakfast because we slept late. We called the desk to see if there was coffee available in the lobby. Not only was coffee available, she insisted on delivering it to our room. She also brought us a light breakfast which we didn’t ask for or expect. Then she adamantly refused a tip, saying it was her pleasure to serve us and it was her job. We were both so grateful for her kindness and compassion. CECELIA is the very definition of what it means to work in the service industry.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The first night ants were on the desk, dresser, couch and other countertops. I did not realize this until I noticed they were crawling on me! I asked to speak to the general manager when she was on property regarding the issue, she never took the time to speak with me face to face. Messages were passed back and forth through her staff. So unprofessional. The hotel moved my room and only offered me 500 points... Unacceptable! The morning of my departure I saw two silver fish (MORE BUGS) on the ceiling right above my bed. I took pictures and videos and showed the staff. This was my first experience with this hotel and I will not be back. Beware!
