We've only been here 2 days, but we love it!!! The BEST hotel in the area. ❤️❤️❤️Ms. Lyniah checked us in quickly and was very professional, informative and sweet.

This was a beautiful hotel. The room we had was a double queen. It was very comfortable, clean, modern, and well maintained. There was an indoor pool, gym, and bar. The breakfast was very good, with a large selection of hot and cold foods, pastries, fresh made waffles, coffee, tea, and juice.

Love this hotel, friendly staff, front desk person was generous to allow early check in. Huge room with lots of space. Fresh breakfast served daily, and free parking. Indoor pool is too cold but Otherwise Highly recommend, downtown attractions is 30 mins away due to traffic.

I had a horrible experience at this Hotel. I was moved twice due to the shower not getting hot. Temperature was COLD. The sink water was scorching HOT. I had an appointment to make so I could not take a shower. I reported this to the front desk. They had the entire day to fix the problem. Was not fixed. They offered to move me to another room. The same thing happened. The front desk manager was rude and stated “she has not had any other complaints” this is when my attitude changed about the entire situation. I DID NOT have to LIE about a shower. I told her she could come to the room herself and feel the water. (Refused) to inconvenience a customer to continue to move from room to room and say that is all they can do. I will not be at this location again whenever I am in this area.

Everything was great overall, but the only thing we really didn’t like was the pool. The water was extremely cold — and when I say extremely, I mean freezing, like ice water. We’re in the middle of July, so the water should’ve been at least room temperature, not freezing cold. On top of that, there was a strong chlorine smell that burned our eyes. There were no fans or ventilation to help with the chemical smell either. Aside from that, the rooms were super clean and spacious, and the staff was very kind and friendly.
