We stayed 2 nights at SpringHill Suites. Pros: Very clean rooms and common areas Location: great location that is close to make highways yet very quiet. Breakfast is solid. Front desk staff are friendly. Bed and sofa beds are excellent and comfy Security offer on premises so we felt very safe but location itself is safe. Con: tv and iron are not very good. Also no hairdryer in the room. I guess hairdryer is available upon request. I recommend staying here for a few days if you are looking for a safe and comfortable stay.

The staff here are genuine and welcoming. The reception and small dining area are clean and functional, nothing flashy but they get the job done. Breakfast is the usual hotel spread: scrambled eggs, mystery meat patties, cereal, and the occasional waffle warrior. Not memorable, but it’ll fill the tank. Rooms are tidy and beds are clean, though the décor is starting to show a little “life experience.” The frosted glass bathroom door is… a choice. Whoever signed off on the glass bathroom door deserves a special award for “Most Ill-Timed Interior Design Decision.” If you’re traveling with family, expect some unplanned lighting effects. As for the beds—either my back is aging, or the mattress is. My teen agreed, so I’m betting on the latter. One big heads-up: highway noise and sirens run on their own night shift. If possible, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel, and maybe pack a PM sleep aid to keep the city soundtrack at bay. Would I stay again? Possibly—but with a better room location and a bit more lumbar strategy.

I stay here every couple weeks, and each time it's a great experience. Every member of staff is extremly polite and professional, but also casual at the same time, which is amazing. Rooms are always clean and fresh, with good water pressure. The only "negative" thing I can think to say, is I wish they would put trash bags in the trash and recycle bins in the rooms.

The rooms are good for the price, but my biggest issue was the poor customer service. No one was ever at the front desk, had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come up front to purchase something from the store at 5pm. My shower also had black mold, and when I asked to change rooms they said none were available.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming—everything you’d hope for. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Rachel for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel pleasant and stress-free. Rachel truly went above and beyond, and she represents exactly what every guest would want and expect when staying at a hotel. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! Give Ms. Rachel a raise!
