Adequate is the way I would describe the hotel. It is better than average for the deal /price and met my needs, but my expectations were higher for the review rating. It was a busy hotel for the two nights we stayed there so that explains why the free beakfast was usually packed and why the elevators were sort of nasy with frequent coffee spills and splashes. The stay was Not the worst but &.Overall they tried to keep up with it but some people are sort of messy. Over all cleanlyness was in the range of 8 ish. The rooms were interesting and adequate but not my favorite configuration with the bath toilet set up but OK. The sofa wear was subtlety worn and noticeable to me another 8 of 10. The service was good and house keeping about the same. Parking got tight as the night went along. Another 8. The upside toward a 10 was it was close to several decent Scarfing establishment for a normal breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the hotel for the price but don't over expect and imagine it to be a 9 lodging establishment. It is a very popular 8 max of 1-10 About a 3.5 to max high 3 or 4. Do if you get a good deal on pricing I recommend but dont expect excelence... it is a average + in my opinion and I got a good deal. Free parking, innerweb and gre breakfast help support my 8 rating.

Hotel was clean, and had a great continental breakfast. The ladies who ran the breakfast stations were fast, clean, and organized - it was chaotic each day but they kept it stocked up. The rooms were spacious and the cost was reasonable for the suite. I dont like the sliding/barn style doors for the bathrooms, but thats a small issue overall. Great location just down the road from Space Center Houston, next door to many resturants and Main Event (but off the main road so not much road noise at night).

I travel for work constantly. I have practically lived at Marriott hotels all over the US for the past year. I can say without a doubt this is literally the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. (Arguably the worst hotel ever too) My first room had a broken refrigerator, so I switched to another room and some girl helped me. Later on that evening I realized that I had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a hair dryer that wouldn’t work. When I called the front desk about the toilet, neither the guy nor his coworker cared at all — they both said I’d just have to deal with it. I literally had to fix the toilet myself. When I asked for a working hair dryer, he told me the hotel didn’t have any. I asked if he could grab one from a spare room, and he said no because he was “too busy” and the only one working. That was a lie — I checked online and saw several rooms available, plus I had literally just left an empty one a couple hours ago. After practically begging, he finally admitted he had a spare dryer but made me come down and get it myself. When I did, I saw him and the other guy just sitting behind the counter on their phones, doing absolutely nothing. The attitude was rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. These employees need some serious training. All of this would’ve been okay if the employee’s attitude was better. Some kid with curly hair and an asian symbol tattooed behind his ear. Another thing, my room was only cleaned once during my entire 6 day stay. They cleaned it on my last day literally before I had to check out. Sadly, I’ve stayed here a few times and I know that is not the norm. This place is a joke, now I have to stay at a Hilton next week since I am traveling to this area again.

Really nice rooms that are clean, modern, new and big. Only 6 mins away from NASA. The room offers everything we need for the extra sofa bed. The downside is they only gave us 3 towels for a reservation of 5 people. Also, we stayed 2 nights, WIFI never worked : Marriott Bonvoy is full strength but cannot connect at all.

This is without the doubt the worst Marriott Branded hotel I have ever stayed in. Upon pulling into the hotel I noticed this beautiful overflowing dumpster that I could smell even with my windows down. Not only was the dumpster overflowing, they have place trash all around it on the ground. Great first impression of the hotel. Due to my length of stay (40 Nights) and that fact that I work rather odd hours, over a week in advance I requested a quiet, top floor room away from the elevator. Upon check in, I was placed on the 5th floor (6 story hotel) directly across from the elevator. This has made sleeping difficult as I hear everything through the paper thin walls. When I entered the room, the fun really began. This property is in dire need of a remodel. The furniture is beat down as can be. There was blood on the first comforter that was put clean on my bed. My refrigerator does not cool down enough to keep food safe in it. The soap holder in the shower is pulling off the wall as is the shower door handle. There was poop on the seat in my bathroom. I called the front desk and after trying to get a hold them for over an hour, I headed to Walmart to get my own cleaning supplies. Upon laying down to get a good nights sleep, I felt the crater in the middle of my bed, and pillows that are so bad, I immediately went back to WalMart to buy my own pillow. It has now been 10 days since my room was last cleaned, and today I came back to my room to find that my bed was still unmade, but they were nice enough to take all of my terry and not replace it. I left for dinner and put a request in via the Bonvoy App to have towels brought up to my room. That was three hours ago, so I went down to the desk, and guess what? The guy at the front desk with the curly hair wearing slippers informed me that there were no clean towels, but they will get them for me tomorrow. That is very helpful as I have to be up for work at 4am. Guess I run to Walmart and buy a few towels too. Other things to know about the hotel. The automatic door closers are set so tight, that every time a door opens, it slams shut so hard that it shakes all of the room around it. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything around you. The laundry room has 2 washer and 2 dryers, half of which do not work. The staff here could care less. As a previous hotel General Manager with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and even Choice Hotels.. this does not meet the standards of any of them. This is more like a Motel 6 all dressed up with the Marriott name slapped on the side of it. I have asked several times to have a manager contact me, but that hasn’t happened. Guess on my next day off I will just camp out at the Front Desk until I get to speak to one. My company is paying $109 a night for 40 nights for me to stay in this dump.
