If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came to visit a guy friend who made it seem like staying here was normal, but this place is unacceptable. The showers had mold, the water barely got hot, the refrigerator didn’t work, and the microwave was filthy. It was cold outside, yet the AC worked better on “cool” than the heater did on “heat.” Room service was terrible, and the staff were extremely rude. This place is definitely not worth the price. There are motels—like La Quinta near Hobby Airport—where you can get clean rooms, more space, and even breakfast for the same price or less. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Cheap to take a shower or stay on an emergency. Affordable and clean . Well lit parking lot. The lady was nice . They give you hygiene pro in your room.

I was denied clean towels and bed sheets even after asking multiple times. Staff claimed laundry is only done at certain times and refused to help, even though the motel was nearly empty. The property feels unsafe, with crack activity happening around the grounds, and there are major cleanliness issues such as rats, roaches, and bedbugs. On top of this, the staff showed clear discrimination toward African-American guests, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and unacceptable.

They refuse to bring towels and sheets even though we need them. They claimed they have a set schedule for laundry, despite there being no one else in the motel, and simply refused to wash the items. There are hard drug users all around the motel, and the property has rats, roaches, and bedbugs. This place is unsafe and unsanitary.
