This RV resort is awesome! It’s not the fanciest of their resorts but the grounds are well kept, landscaping and maintenance done timely every month, there’s lots of space. The “neighbors/community” are friendly. The facilities are clean and in working order. But what really makes this place awesome is the staff, specifically Karime and Aida! They are amazing! Friendly, caring, thoughtful, polite and professional. They are so helpful when we have questions, they always wave and say hello, kind to my kids, they offer to assist when we need it, so easy to talk to, very understanding, they both really make this RV resort feel like home. I would recommend anyone who reserves a spot here definitely stop by in the office (even if you don’t have to) and say hello! There aren’t very many people like them out there in the world these days, rare to come by people who show you how much they love their job just by doing their job 🤩 10/10 in my book!

The manager is polite, professional and very helpful. This is by far the best places I have stayed. I travel all over the states for work. This place is safe ,clean and has very beautiful landscaping. It has great bathrooms, showers and a fantastic Commercial size laundry area. They also have a great place to receive packages if you need something shipped to you while you’re on the road. They keep you well informed by email of events and just general correspondence. They have simple billing as well as discounts for oilfield workers and nurses. I would strongly recommend this RV park to anyone looking to stay in Houston.

We chose this park because it’s listed as a QRV property and we’ve had great experiences at other QRV resorts, so we expected a similar standard. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect QRV quality at all. The positives first: our individual site was excellent, and the pond area with turtles, fish, and ducks was genuinely beautiful. The park’s proximity to downtown was also very convenient for us during our stay. However, the rest of the property was poorly maintained. Many sites contained visible trash and clutter, and the overall park looked dirty and unkempt compared to other QRV locations. The biggest issue was management and environment. Staff were consistently unhelpful and dismissive when assistance was needed. For example, when we asked for help with the community grill, staff stated the posted instructions “weren’t for their grill,” then suggested the pilot light alone would cook food, which is simply incorrect. When we tried to clarify, we were met with attitude rather than help. The gym itself is a nice amenity, but it was frequently 74°F+ with stagnant air. Requests to adjust the thermostat or turn on fans were met with resistance, and staff stated they didn’t know why the fans existed. On multiple occasions, a resident also brought an unsupervised toddler into the gym while using equipment, creating an unsafe environment. Park atmosphere was also a concern. Late-night noise was common, with loud vehicles driving through as late as 2 AM. Cars often sped through the park with little regard for pedestrians (our niece was nearly hit once). Dogs were frequently tied outside barking for long periods. You can consistently hear highway noise and often gunshots from the surrounding area. Facilities were inconsistent as well. The laundry room was closed for several days for a “remodel” that appeared to only involve paint, dryers were ineffective, and personal property (a laundry basket) was stolen during our stay. Overall, while the location and pond are lovely, the condition of the park, resident behavior, and staff interactions made this an unpleasant stay. We will not be returning, which is disappointing because we regularly move around the Houston area and had hoped this would be a repeat location. ‼️‼️ Update after posting this review: Shortly after this review was posted, the two managers contacted my husband and referenced the review directly. During the call, they reminded us that we had received a discount and implied that this should have been considered before leaving a negative review. To be clear, the discount referenced was a first responder discount, which is something we qualify for as first responders and is a standard courtesy many businesses offer. Attempting to use that discount as leverage after a review was posted felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The tone of the conversation felt less like an effort to address the concerns raised and more like pressure to reconsider the review before QRV corporate saw it. For transparency, I stand by everything stated in my original review. My goal in leaving feedback is simply to share an honest experience for future guests and for ownership to be aware of the issues mentioned.

We called this place up today to find out long term pricing for our daughter who is a college student in Houston and living in an RV is cheaper. We are preparing to move her back up to Houston for the next semester and decided to do our due diligence and look around. Ms. Karime answered the phone and from the get go things were great! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the park itself. She was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. The resort itself is well maintained and orderly. Everyone we spoke to had high praise and high recommendations for staying long term here. After looking around and speaking with our daughter and Ms. Karime we settled on this resort as our daughter's college home for the next semester. We are very pleased so far with everything we have seen and heard. We will update as the semester goes by!

This RV park is strategically located for points of interest in Houston. It is clean, well run. The showers and laundry are clean and well maintained. There is a small lake (not for swimming) and a small fishing pier which is a nice touch in the cityscape. The only negative is the access road. Its very narrow and two RVs can't pass each other without slapping mirrors or running in the ditch. Its a beautiful RV park, but just a little tricky to get into.
