This hotel was remodeling while we stayed there during Thanksgiving break, the environment is terrible. Below are the major problems we experienced: 1. One room had a strong, unbearable odor. 2. Another room had cockroaches present. 3. Another room had visible holes and damage to the walls. 4. Two rooms were barged into late at night by staff, who stated the general manager had instructed them to enter due to an internal error booking error. Children were inside both rooms and were terrified. This occurred without warning and without knocking beyond a quick attempt. 5. The property was undergoing major renovations, making it difficult to access rooms, and the front entrance was unusable. 6. Construction noise and strong chemical smells were constant throughout our stay. The most alarming issue was the late-night unauthorized entry, which is a serious safety breach. This created fear and distress for our children and made us feel unsafe in our rooms. I immediately reported all of the problems listed above to the front desk upon discovery. The response I received was that the issues would be escalated to the management and that I would be contacted. However, no one contacted me directly even after I checked out, and no one offered an apology to the children who were terrified by the events. I was traveling with five children to attend a local robotics competition. If I had been informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation beforehand, I absolutely would have booked another property. However, we were only informed after our entire group had arrived at the front desk, making it impossible for me to cancel and move to another hotel at the last minute Two weeks ago, the hotel promised to discuss the matter internally and get back to me, but I haven't heard from them since. I've tried various ways to contact them, but haven't received any response.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean and spacious. Like a small apartment. They are renovating right now but it didn't get in my way. It's nice they are making renovations to keep the place up. The staff was polite, helpful, and available. They took care of us. Plenty of towels and commentary coffee. I looked there were cups and dishes. The tap water tasted good (I forgot my bottle water in the car). Will stay here again. Update: Stayed again and still had a great stay. Construction was done and I like the decor colors in the hall.

This is the cleanest and the most well kept hotel/motel that I’ve come across. The rooms have everything you need from a kitchen set to a workout facility on property. This only thing they don’t have is a pool. Josh and the rest of the front desk staff make you feel welcomed when you arrive and are very considerate. This place is 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Krysta and the service she provided at Sonesta Hotel. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and taken care of. She has that rare mix of professionalism and genuine warmth—you can tell she really cares about the guests, not just the job. Krysta handled everything with ease, whether it was answering questions, helping with accommodations, or just checking in to make sure I was comfortable. What stood out most was her attention to detail and the way she made me feel like more than just another guest—she made the experience personal. It’s people like Krysta who turn a stay into a memory. Sonesta is lucky to have her on their team, and I’ll absolutely be recommending this hotel to others because of the incredible service.

A recently renovated hotel, but still retain the old extended stay look inside with fridge , hotplate , coffee maker and utensils. A cheap option if the ones near or opposite to space center doesn’t work. Also there is quite a bit of food options right near the hotel
