Extended stay for school Took two weeks to get my room cleaned It’s hot or miss with staff. Some care about their job and some don’t. The place was under renovation so it was dirty and looked bad Laundry room was clean but washer smelled and dryers take twice as long to dry. I’d go to an outside laundry to wash. Good location central to most places. Give a discount if staying more than a couple weeks. They supply good cookware Dishwasher Refrigerator Microwave Blow dryer The rooms are large I know that there are many places to stay in Houston that are better

Booked this location for a temporary stay while in the process of relocating for work. Not as depicted in pictures. Although the location is having some renovations done to the lobby at the moment, the rooms themselves are outdated and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location for that reason paired with the observation that other individuals staying were offputting in passing. Considering the location, I assumed the hotel would align and although the price is nice, the conditions of the hotel did not match my standard of living.

Thin walls. You can hear every other guest close their door and I'm hard of hearing. All night long, long term guests allow their door to slam. I changed rooms my second night. Only one, but one is enough for me. A small cockroach on the kitchen counter. At 5.30 am, the neighbor above me was going somewhere, pacing back and forth. I assume getting ready for work. If you have a budget and must stay in City Center, this is the place.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. You arrived a day early and they were able to adjust my reservation smoothly and it was after midnight. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. Full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove top. Fully handicap accessible room with wheelchair roll in shower. The place even has laundry and a workout room. Most the guest are long term residents who work in the area. It has been an enjoyable stay within walking distance of City Center.

They busted the windows out of my truck in the parking lot of this hotel installed all my tools and a diamond engagement.And wedding band.. The owner had no cameras on that side of the building, which faces the main street.. His own response was, oh, that's a shame.. The building is full of imported labor during a remodeling job. And I was instructed to park in that spot by one of those men during the labor.. Uncanny, how the person who told me to park there, and then that very night my truck gets vandalized, and all my tools get robbed..
