This was our first time staying with this hotel brand and at this hotel. We stayed for four nights and the location worked well for us. During the first two nights, we experienced some issues with the hot water, as it only became warm after letting the water run for quite a long time. However, Ray at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. After we informed him about the issue, he kindly offered us a better room for the remaining nights, where the hot water worked perfectly. A big thank you to Ray for his kindness and excellent service! Daily room service was very good, with fresh towels provided every day. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of products. Overall, we had a pleasant stay despite the initial hot water issue and some noise from the air conditioning and ventilation systems.

Houston is one of the most craziest traffic cities I've ever traveled to. The rooms are nice and quiet. Very clean and the overall experience was pleasant and calm. The place is small but not cramped. You kinda feel it in the halls. The one problem was the tvs were out, the guy made it up with a free diet coke. The place was so nice the Oscar Mayer wiener truck was parked outside. Celebrities stay here! When are annual event returns to Houston we will be back!

This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s a place to live comfortably for a few days. Beyond the suite itself, the amenities here elevate the entire stay. We were delighted by the inviting pool, a perfect spot to relax and unwind during the hot Houston afternoons. The complimentary breakfast is great, offering a wide variety of fresh, hot, and cold options that genuinely set you up for the day, unlike the typical minimal offerings at other hotels. It’s a huge value-add that truly feels like part of the premium experience. This Sonesta is a shining example of what an extended-stay hotel should be. Reviewers consistently praise the immaculate rooms and the attentive staff, and we wholeheartedly echo those sentiments. Friendly, amazing people work here. The breakfast better, than in hotels 5*. Free parking, pet friendly. Big room, with the small kitchen inside, fresh towels, clean carpet, comfortable bed. Truly recommend! For sure will back with our dog

Great location with breakfast included. The only problem I had with this hotel was the bed and the pillows. They were both very uncomfortable. The pillows were so thin. I wound up with a pinched nerve in my neck.
