Sonesta ES Suites Houston Clear Lake

While I don’t live at this property, I’ve spent enough time there to share my impressions. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional in every interaction I’ve had with them. They clearly take pride in the community and treat people with respect. The lobby is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, creating a great first impression (especially the fragrance) as soon as you walk in. The property is also located in a nice, secluded area that feels peaceful and inviting. Although I can’t speak to the resident experience, I can say that the property appears to be well cared for and the people who work there have always made a positive impression on me.

I had a great experience touring Taylor 525 Apartments. The staff was supportive, helpful, and welcoming throughout the process. The property manager was very professional and took the time to clearly explain the rental process in detail. I really appreciated how informative and organized the tour was. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Breakfast was included. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was impeccable. The bed provided a night of relaxation and sweet dreams. The sheets were of 1000ct percale. The pillows we're very comfortable, not flat at all. The shower was very clean. There was no shortage of hot water. I appreciate the kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator, and all small appliances. They offer do much for under $100 a night. There's a pool, exercise room, laundry room, grilling, tennis court, and excellent staff to assist with everything!

It was not very easy to find, turns out, they are making this hotel into an apartment complex, so that is exactly what it looks like. They have maybe 5-6 rooms that are still a part of the hotel. No ice machine, no drinks, no amenities whatsoever. Once we got up to the room (room #0123), there appeared to be an old "blood" looking stain my the bed. The bed itself was clean and quite comfortable. On to the bar/kitchen area, my boyfriend pulled out the chair and a pair of dirty green thongs were laying on the chair. GROSS!!!! WTG Housekeeping on your spectacular cleaning job. :( as exhausted as we were, we just went to bed because they had no more rooms available and our room was nonrefundable. All night it was extremely loud, doors opening and closing, we were directly above the check in so we could hear people talking all night. We got up the next morning, showered, and as I was leaving the restroom, the closet door was open (it was open when we got there, we didn't use it) and I noticed yet another pair of tan women's thongs that were all bloody hanging down from the top shelf. Told the the guy working when we were checking out, and took pics to show him and his response was, oh no, sorry, but everything else was ok? No offer to give me a discount off the room, nothing, just, thank you for coming, sorry about what happened and have a good day. Will NEVER EVER EVER go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone. I've never left a bad review for anyone before, and I do leave quite a few reviews, but this was just an awful experience.

Just moved in today and this is my first apartment on my own. I chose this place mainly because it’s close to UH. All utilities are included, so my rent will be the same every month, which makes budgeting super easy! The community is small and quiet. I’m happy with my decision and excited to be here.
