Breakfast was included. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The room was impeccable. The bed provided a night of relaxation and sweet dreams. The sheets were of 1000ct percale. The pillows we're very comfortable, not flat at all. The shower was very clean. There was no shortage of hot water. I appreciate the kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator, and all small appliances. They offer do much for under $100 a night. There's a pool, exercise room, laundry room, grilling, tennis court, and excellent staff to assist with everything!

It was not very easy to find, turns out, they are making this hotel into an apartment complex, so that is exactly what it looks like. They have maybe 5-6 rooms that are still a part of the hotel. No ice machine, no drinks, no amenities whatsoever. Once we got up to the room (room #0123), there appeared to be an old "blood" looking stain my the bed. The bed itself was clean and quite comfortable. On to the bar/kitchen area, my boyfriend pulled out the chair and a pair of dirty green thongs were laying on the chair. GROSS!!!! WTG Housekeeping on your spectacular cleaning job. :( as exhausted as we were, we just went to bed because they had no more rooms available and our room was nonrefundable. All night it was extremely loud, doors opening and closing, we were directly above the check in so we could hear people talking all night. We got up the next morning, showered, and as I was leaving the restroom, the closet door was open (it was open when we got there, we didn't use it) and I noticed yet another pair of tan women's thongs that were all bloody hanging down from the top shelf. Told the the guy working when we were checking out, and took pics to show him and his response was, oh no, sorry, but everything else was ok? No offer to give me a discount off the room, nothing, just, thank you for coming, sorry about what happened and have a good day. Will NEVER EVER EVER go there again and do not recommend this place to anyone. I've never left a bad review for anyone before, and I do leave quite a few reviews, but this was just an awful experience.

Nice place to stay has full kitchen with all the kitchen supplies to use. It had some minor issue , one of them being the pool was done. But we had a great night, at the check in the guy even gave us 2 cards for free appetizers for Kemah boardwalk.

Go while you can! This former Marriott residence inn is turning into a long-term rental property. If you can get a room in the meantime, you will be charmed by the open floor, plan studio suite with a king size bed, large TV, sofa, and chair, full kitchen (but no oven) with a breakfast bar and two stools. Large (6 foot long) vanity is opposite a large closet, the toilet and shower are in a separate room. The decor is very pleasing. The room was very clean and well-kept. The property includes a pool, hot tub, basketball, court, and laundry facilities. Breakfast is Continental style, mostly just breads and cereals with juice coffee and hot water for tea are available all day long , we found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful during our week long stay.

This apartment complex is quiet and friendly. Angie and Maria are very friendly and helpful when I have an questions. They always say hi when I pass by. I would always recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an apartment.
