Living at Bayou on the bend has been the BEST experience for me as a young professional in Houston, Texas. To start, community manager Damona Richards’s has taken care of me since day 1 of touring the apartment complex. I knew I wanted to live somewhere where the people were also very friendly and hospitable and she has maintained that standard daily. She even made sure my apartment was ready for move in in a timely manner because I was a on a time crunch with my job. I recommend EVERYONE live here, the area is peaceful and upscale, I feel so safe as a young woman and I couldn’t ask for more . Thank you Damona and all of staff at Bayou on the Bend!!!

Regina did our tour for me and my loved one ! She was very polite & wonderful!, Very detailed oriented; she was taking notes of everything we were saying and had opinions about! From beginning of the tour to the end her energy , energetic and calm I can tell she’s a pro at this I would to see here everyday if I chose to stay here

The view of this place is amazing and the layout of the complex is unique in the best ways

I ultimately did not decide to live here but would recommend the property to others. I did my tour with Regina who was amazing as she was very polite and detail oriented providing notes on the different apartments and helped me find the best deal. The property was clean and looked great.

As a real estate agent, I’ve toured countless properties, and my recent experience at this apartment complex truly stood out—thanks to Samantha, the assistant manager. I was viewing the property on behalf of a client, and from the moment we arrived, She was nothing short of outstanding. The property is currently being remodeled and is showing an amazing upside. My clients loved the layouts and pricing of the units. I seriously consider viewing this property if your interested in luxury apartments in the heights area.
