Located off of a major freeway, the hotel is easy to find and offer easy access to the freeway. The hotel offers a quality stay. There is a free breakfast and other great amenities. The rooms are nice, but they do need updating. The 24 inches tv and the sofa need replacing. The bathroom features are great. I love the two shower heads being on at the same time. And the hotel is clean. I will return.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The worst hotel in Pearland and the front desk is inconsiderate and show 0 concerns for customers. They all act like they don’t know anything about the hotel. No management available and it’s old and it stinks. I would go to the crystal inn before I stay here. I booked a room that was available online I get there and they tell me the room isn’t available and I can’t get my money back. Never offered a different room or nothing. That’s what I get for booking a 2 star more like 1 star hotel.

I have stayed here going on 2 weeks staff is absolutely amazing will be here for at least 6 more. All staff members have spoken to me respectfully and have been so helpful. Rooms are reasonable priced and breakfast is really good. I will always chose Sleep Inn in Pearland when it I’m visiting this area. And recommend them for your stay.

I would NOT recommend this hotel!!! I reserved for a standard 1 king bed but they gave me a 1 king bed suite. I wouldn't mind but they only have ONE tv in the room. I know the photos on their website ahows 2 tvs (1 in bedroom and 1 in living room). Besides that, the room had a damp and musky smell. I didn't even bother to ask to move to another room coz it was late at night when we checked-in.

The front desk lady is very rude, horrible customer service almost a bark and snap asking basic questions. Never acknowledged my choice membership, then when I ask, could I please check out at noon, it was very late when I arrived. In a nasty way she said I can check out at 1130 instead of 11 and that would be $25. Since this hotel charges 25 and it is not that wonderful for late check out please the rudeness, my first and last stay here. Sorry I will do some place else even it means a little further out
