Sleep Inn & Suites Pearland Houston South

We had late arrival. The room seemed fine at first but then it was very humid. At some point the A/C stopped working and we woke up super sweaty and the room was so humid the sheets and our clothing were damp. Not sure what happened with that. I asked to use the guest laundry room , which we were assisted with but the massage too our money without disputing the detergent. The front desk agent, just kind of laughed it off and shrugged her shoulders about everything I asked. The breakfast seemed like the ingredients were left out at some point before storing in the fringe. Everything tasted spoiled. I don’t think it is worth the price. The housekeepers sat in the lobby gossiping and laughing about other guests who filed a complaint as well. This is why I like to arrive early and wait before check in or lounge after check out, to scope out the real scenery. This was my second time booking with Choice Hotels, but it will be my last.

I don’t know where these loss reviews come from, but we’ve had a fantastic time during our stay. Our RV needed a time-sensitive repair and while we were scrambling for a last minute reservation, Veronica was able to help us set one up during a late evening. The staff has been so wonderful and welcoming to us and our 2 babies. Hot breakfast every morning that our daughter looks forward to and great housekeeping. Thank you for your hospitality Sleep Inn!

At first glance, this Sleep Inn & Suites location is solid. The hotel was nice overall, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. I appreciated the room setup. There was an iron and ironing board, a real closet hidden behind a sleek full-length mirrored door, and even a proper suitcase stand. That already puts it ahead of some Houston-area properties. The bathroom was generously stocked with the essentials — hand towels, washcloths, and full bath towels — which I always notice. Lighting was decent too… once you figured out the mystery trio of light switches and their chosen configuration for the day. The room had a walk-in shower only, but it came with both a multi-action shower head and an overhead rain shower. Nice touch. The downside? It took a full 10 minutes for the water to heat up. The bed itself was big and comfortable, but the sheets were visibly worn and rough. I actually had to carve out a sleeping spot to the right of the worn-out center of the sheet. And once again, the ongoing Houston hotel theme: outdated entertainment setups. DirectTV through coax cable, no streaming access. I connected my laptop via HDMI, but the remote didn’t allow input switching, which defeats the purpose. Internet connectivity was also unreliable — I ended up using my phone’s hotspot. In the end, I slept well and the stay was fine. But even with a clearly displayed “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping knocked 45 minutes before checkout. Door hangers are a universal language, in my opinion. Overall: decent stay, some nice touches, but still a few preventable misses.

Very clean and quiet. Front desk very attentive to our needs . Staff very friendly and helpful . Coffee/ hot tea in lobby 24/7. Very pleased with our stay. They do have shampoo,conditioner & lotion dispensers in the bathroom, also iron & ironing board + hair dryer in room. Would stay here again .also provide a handicap chair for getting in/ out of pool. Parking very well lit up.

We really enjoyed our stay the staff was very professional, helpful and sweet . The breakfast was so good and everything hot and fresh . The breakfast counter was very cleaned and everything was organized . The rooms was very cleaned and smelled amazing . The bed was so comfy and the ac was very cold . We will definitely stay again when we in pearland to visit family .
