Didn’t like that smell of the hotel and the smell of the room was very bad full of chemical smells that makes me uncomfortable breathing and my husband also has an asthma. Also the way they treated the problem unprofessional. My husband couldn’t stay in the room because of the chemical that they use to clean up the room. so we had to leave and talk to the receptionist that we had to leave and cancel the reservation, but instead of helping us move forward in the process he didn’t agree and then we had to call the management and they also didn’t agree but we had to leave. We couldn’t stay long the smell was so bad, my husband chest was tight and painful because of the allergic reaction to the smell. They are very unprofessional about this we’re still in the process of cancellation of our reservation and getting our money back from them. I don’t recommend you to choose this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The hotel engages in deceptive trade practices. The price and fees you pay online is not what’s required to book a room. You will be required to pay an additional fee when you come in that is not disclosed in the online book site. Run don’t walk somewhere else. Had to come back and add Joseph is soooo unprofessional. I left canteen and my room. I called a few hours after leaving and was advised by Joesph the person who checked me in overnight that it wasn’t found. Called later when someone else was on shift and was advised it was found. I called the following morning in my way to pick it up and Joesph again claimed he couldn’t find it. He’s extremely lazy and unprofessional. All around poor establishment decent for an emergency.

This place is a scam. I should have listened to previous people. My booking was bumped to a different day so i requested a refund and was denied without reason even though i paid for protection and the Date it still weeks away. Understand that I am relentless and will not quit until you issue my refund.

The owner of this establishment, Neil Patel, behaved in a way I found clearly rude, racist, disrespectful, and unprofessional. During my visit, I encountered multiple issues with cleanliness — the hotel rooms were filthy, and even after requesting a new room three separate times, the conditions remained unacceptable. In addition, I observed him arguing with and belittling employees, including snapping his fingers in their faces in front of customers, which came across as an inappropriate display of authority. I also witnessed him speaking negatively about his staff whom did nothing wrong. Altogether, these issues created an environment that felt highly uncomfortable and far below professional standards.

I loved this hotel! I stayed here during an art festival when many of the less expensive hotels were all booked. My room was HUGE!!! It was spotlessly clean, smelled fresh, had a comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and left me alone when I didn't want to be disturbed. The hotel was quiet so I slept well and I felt completely safe there, even when returning late at night. I wish all my hotel experiences were like this one!
