Been in two seperate rooms and both had numerous things broken. The icing on the cake was the laundry sign that says open till midnight yet it locked me out at 1120pm I told the guest service counter and all she did was say yeah I know the sign is wrong you can come back at 7am and get your clothes and she went back to talking on her personal cell phone. The laundry sign says 6am to midnight yet you refuse to fix the problem or offer a solution. I was told breakfast was eggs and bacon yet I've been here two weeks and never seen a hot food yet. Same 2 cereals offered. Save your money go somewhere else.

My boss and I stayed here 2 nights before out flight. Stayed for work after traveling around the great state of Texas. The owner of this location is very friendly, welcoming, and the pleasant to interact with. My room was actually great and the A/C was blasting. The showers were clean too. The Gym is a bit run down, but has one machine with weights that you can still get some work done in. I honestly cannot complain too much for a hotel being $50 a night. Not bad. Better than some other budget hotels. I would recommend if you're looking for a quick little stay in Houston. This place is really far from many attractions and etc though.

I want to begin by mentioning that I’m a diamond member with Choice Privileges, but it hasn’t made a difference during my stay at this property. I spent a week here and experienced numerous issues: the room wasn’t serviced , no clean towels , and no wipe-downs. The phone in my room didn’t work, and every time I left, I had to recharge my key card. Additionally, I’ve been waiting over three weeks for my deposit to be refunded, and it’s still pending. I've tried reaching out to the manager, but he seems to be avoiding my calls. When I call, I'm told he’s not available, even when I was told he would be there the next day. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Horrible place to stay, several cars got Brocken into, we asked for cameras and they said they had no access. We were told it happens often (break inns) several homeless tents in the wooded area right next to it. Service was not very helpful… waiting hours for police to show. Bed linen had stains on it. Not recommended!!!

It's a quiet place great location. The breakfast sucks it's waffles and a pastry. The staff OK not great. Watch out for roaches I found some over my stay.
