Stayed for a singular night. Front desk were very friendly and room was definitely outstanding. The only thing that was lacking was breakfast. But can’t complain since it was included with the stay LOL

Good Place to live in with Family. Location in a Best Location in Houston. The young Boys at the Front Desk are Good.The Hotel are clean and they provide a good Breakfast

Kinda tough place to find, the lil lady at the counter was super nice. Easy to check in, room was nice, clean and comfortable bed. The only thing, and its just my quirk is how to get that round light in the bathroom to come on. Breakfast looked really good, I was leaving as it was coming out so I didnt get to eat a waffle. Yes, they have waffles. If I were to be traveling thru again, I'd stop and stay again. Yes there is a room deposit incase you're wondering.

My attempted stay at Sleep Inn & Suites was absolutely horrifying. The front desk worker was missing when I arrived, and when he finally showed up, he was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. A simple booking error could’ve been fixed in minutes, but instead, he told me to “sit down and figure it out” before disappearing into the back again. When I decided to cancel, he came storming out, wiping his hands on a dirty towel, and began yelling racial slurs and insults — right in front of children. I was shocked, humiliated, and disgusted. No guest should ever be treated with such hate and disrespect. This was the most unprofessional and racist encounter I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs.

The rooms are clean, but the front desk young guy was there in the morning was very rude, I was leaving the hotel at 5:55 and asked him if possible to get me early breakfast, he answered in a bad attitude that I have to come back at 6:00 am although he saw me leaving, I understand they have schedule, but at least he could answer me in a better way, I suggest the hotel managements educate him in dealing with customers
