I was pleased to book two rooms for over 3 weeks at this location and I was impressed! The second day of my stay, I met the carpet cleaner! They actually SHAMPOO the carpets! Housekeeping staff is definitely about their business! Bathrooms are sanitized, not just deodorized! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE! Comforters and spreads are changed daily! Never worry that someone used the covers before you! You actually want to sleep in! The location is perfect with easy access to Beltway 8, Westheimer for The Galleria, Richmond Ave., and the Westpark Tollway. The complimentary breakfast is adequate and waffles are a staple item every morning. Juice, coffee, and fresh fruit, as you like. AND just in case, there is on-site security protecting your vehicle while you rest!

Clean & Neat Rooms. The staff was nice especially the front desk staff and they have a security guard at the night so no need to worry about the safety of our cars and the place. Hot Breakfast was nice and quiet place

I stayed here while visiting Houston for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. One night around midnight, I returned and didn’t realize the secondary sliding door locks late. After being let in by the front desk, I explained I had a room there with my boyfriend, but my phone had died so I couldn’t call him. The employee questioned me extensively, asking for my boyfriend’s full name, room number, address, birthday, and phone number. I provided everything I could, but because I didn’t know his new number by heart and the address didn’t match what was on file, he refused to help. Instead of simply calling the room to verify me, he told me there was nothing he could do. When I asked to briefly charge my phone at the desk so I could contact him myself, I was told no and that it “wasn’t his problem.” As someone not from the area who took a Lyft there, I was left stranded late at night with no way to contact anyone. Security is important, but basic customer service and empathy were completely lacking.

One of the Best hotel in this location. The early morning breakfast was good, only one young boy handling all the breakfast, check-ins all the night. He was so kind and polite

Super clean, confortable big rooms with very soft beds and good quality towels. Good breakfast and clean gym. Dogs are allowed for $25 per dog per night.
