Sleek Downtown Houston Condo - Self Check-in & Private Parking

My fiance and I just got the keys to our new apartment at 500 Crawford this week and so far, the process has been efficient and extremely easy. From the start, Deandre has been extremely helpful from touring the apartment complex to giving us frequent updates during the application process. Even after move-in day, Deandre continues to check-in on us and see if we need anything. The day after we got our keys, we went to deep clean the apartment and were extremely impressed of how clean it already was. Everything was in pristine condition, so we found ourselves with a clean mop after cleaning the floors! The parking garage is extremely secure which we are grateful for. We are so excited to be moving into this complex and calling it home!

My husband and I absolutely love living at 500 Crawford. Beyond the fantastic location, what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff who go above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. A huge thank you to our Property Manager, Christal. She is consistently attentive, kind, and professional. She recently took considerable time to personally work with me to resolve an issue, and her dedication made all the difference, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The front office is always a pleasure to visit thanks to Jordan and Synthy. They are consistently ready and eager to help with a smile whenever we walk through the door, making every interaction positive. On the maintenance side, Leo, the Head Maintenance Manager, is outstanding. He is prompt, thorough, and genuinely goes above and beyond to care for the property. Any maintenance request is handled efficiently and with great skill. I know every apartment complex has its own issues, but we couldn’t ask for a better living experience. Thank you to Christal and her entire team for making 500 Crawford feel like home. Cheers to the past year and to making new memories here in the next!

I am writing this review to sing the praises of Christal Garrick, who has been an absolute godsend during my sister's recent move-in process. From start to finish, Christal demonstrated why she is such a valuable asset to the community. Her professionalism and warmth were evident from our very first interaction. She patiently answered all of our (many) questions, provided clear and timely communication, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes immense pride in her work. Knowing that she has been with the property for over ten years speaks volumes about her dedication and expertise. She knows the ins and outs of everything, and her institutional knowledge is a huge benefit to everyone who lives there. My sister now feels completely settled and welcomed, all thanks to Christal's exceptional customer service. If you have the opportunity to work with Christal Garrick, you are in the best of hands. She is simply the best!

We recently moved into our new apartment and couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. From start to finish, the entire process was great! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and all the amenities are a great bonus. While all the staff have been amazing, we wanted to give a special thank you to DeAndre, our leasing agent, who made the whole experience exceptional. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He answered all of our questions, kept us informed, and made the move-in process feel easy and seamless. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to move to the downtown Houston area!

My husband and I love having this home away from home during the the work week! The location is great, there's lots to do and we are surrounded by fantastic restaurants! Christal is a great property manager - very helpful. Jordon was great to work with as well! I highly recommend this complex and we can't wait for baseball season!
