My husband and I absolutely love living at 500 Crawford. Beyond the fantastic location, what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff who go above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-maintained community. A huge thank you to our Property Manager, Christal. She is consistently attentive, kind, and professional. She recently took considerable time to personally work with me to resolve an issue, and her dedication made all the difference, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The front office is always a pleasure to visit thanks to Jordan and Synthy. They are consistently ready and eager to help with a smile whenever we walk through the door, making every interaction positive. On the maintenance side, Leo, the Head Maintenance Manager, is outstanding. He is prompt, thorough, and genuinely goes above and beyond to care for the property. Any maintenance request is handled efficiently and with great skill. I know every apartment complex has its own issues, but we couldn’t ask for a better living experience. Thank you to Christal and her entire team for making 500 Crawford feel like home. Cheers to the past year and to making new memories here in the next!

I am writing this review to sing the praises of Christal Garrick, who has been an absolute godsend during my sister's recent move-in process. From start to finish, Christal demonstrated why she is such a valuable asset to the community. Her professionalism and warmth were evident from our very first interaction. She patiently answered all of our (many) questions, provided clear and timely communication, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes immense pride in her work. Knowing that she has been with the property for over ten years speaks volumes about her dedication and expertise. I’ve had a great experience moving into 500 Crawford, especially coming from out of state. Moving is stressful, but the team here made it super smooth and kept everything organized. Huge shoutout to the crew — DeAndre, Christal, and Jordan — y’all were awesome. Super responsive, helpful with the logistics, and just made the whole process way easier than it should’ve been. I had a great experience working with Sithney. She was very sweet, knowledgeable, transparent about all lease terms, and made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. I mean absolutely fantastic! She is always on her A-game and goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless. Her knowledge of the building, its history, the products, layouts, and apartment sizes is unmatched. She knows exactly what’s available (and what’s not) and makes sure you feel completely informed and taken care of. She is professionalism and expertise stand out, and she brings such warmth and confidence to her role. Honestly, she should be the one training the staff her service sets the gold standard.

I recently made a visit to one of the apartments here. I must say, I am very pleased with the view and layout. The apartment homes are very cozy. The views are amazing as well. I would also like to thank Christal G who was such a sweet person to answer my questions. Its nice to have such supportive staff thats professional. I plan on moving here in the future.
