We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental Airport from February 12–17. We arrived around 12:30 AM after a long journey, and Megan at the front desk immediately made us feel welcome. She kindly upgraded us from a Standard King room to a Junior Suite, which made a huge difference for our family. We were traveling with our 6-year-old non-verbal autistic son, and the extra space, sofa bed, and second Smart TV helped him feel comfortable and relaxed. He especially loved having his own TV to watch Cocomelon and Dave and Ava on YouTube. The late-night staff throughout our stay were consistently cheerful and incredibly kind to our son. On Valentine’s Day, they even gave him a small gift — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. At checkout on February 17th, Trinity was equally wonderful and graciously approved a late checkout request since our international flight from IAH to Doha was at 5:45 PM. That extra time made our departure much smoother and stress-free. This was our first time staying at a hotel in Houston, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The care, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire team truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel and we would absolutely love to stay here again on our next visit. — Nabeel

A well located hotel near the Houston International Airport, with good parking, conference rooms, great Receptionists, Large lobbies spacious and cozy rooms. I attended Surge U conference, had Lunch at the restaurant, with a buffet and menu options. The Sound system was top notch, Restrooms were always cleaned at every break, we had enough pens and pads from Sheraton for our 3-days conference. I always got assistance from the front desk every time I went up there, which was Amazing.

I stayed at the Sheraton North Houston George Bush Intercontinental on December 18th, and the staff truly made my stay stand out. Mrs. Ive from the breakfast, in particular, stood out for her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness. She was always smiling and her welcoming attitude made the morning a great start. I also want to recognize the employee in the kitchen who prepares the omelets, absolutely amazing! These two employees truly elevated the comfort and overall experience of my stay. Highly appreciated!

The best option for your stay, whether for work, vacation, a relaxing day, or even to protect your family from weather alerts! Enjoy the finest food and top-notch drinks. The rooms are very comfortable; it's truly a well-deserved rest that we all need on special occasions.

Decent hotel, affordably priced, and close to the airport. Rooms are good, but could use some updating and deep cleaning. There are a lot of mystery stains and excessive wear and tear. The lounge is decent - the women that work in there are always friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service is fantastic and timely.
