Decent hotel, affordably priced, and close to the airport. Rooms are good, but could use some updating and deep cleaning. There are a lot of mystery stains and excessive wear and tear. The lounge is decent - the women that work in there are always friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle service is fantastic and timely.

In a very close proximity to the Houston airport like 5 mins away. Its rooms are perfect size has ok accommodations really close to the airport. They have a restaurant onsite and I was given a free drinks card as well. I was thankful to also get lounge access which is an added bonus at this location. I would recommend this hotel if you're in Houston!

A well located hotel near the Houston International Airport, with good parking, conference rooms, great Receptionists, Large lobbies spacious and cozy rooms. I attended Surge U conference, had Lunch at the restaurant, with a buffet and menu options. The Sound system was top notch, Restrooms were always cleaned at every break, we had enough pens and pads from Sheraton for our 3-days conference. I always got assistance from the front desk every time I went up there, which was Amazing.

Bed bugs. I’ve stayed here for work trips on occasion and many of my associates have reported sightings of bed bugs throughout the hotel, as early as May 2025 all the way til December 2025. The fact that this has been an ongoing issue for longer than six months is very telling of the integrity of this hotel. On top of that the rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. The front desk, however, are very kind and helpful. Overall, I would avoid staying here with the bed bugs being such a recurring issue.

The hotel is fine. Just very basic. Rooms are a little dated. A typical American airport hotel. Nothing special but there's also nothing wrong if you just stay one night.
