The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was a little small but still clean. I will definitely be returning! Thank you for not being like the Oyo down on the corner!

As many night as I stayed recently, I can assure you I won't be staying ever again. Not after my money was taken and I wasn't allowed to stay. Due to an error of no fault of my own. The manager or owner who ever he is told me that he already had to handle 1 error made in reservations on my behalf (also an error of no fault of mine) that a second error made it to complicated therefore he would not be honoring my current reservation for tonight and my money would not be refunded. That was all the money I had so tonight my dog and I will be sleeping in the car in an unsafe parking lot with not enough gas to run the car and heater all night so.... I had paid for and stay the last 6 days give or take. And was planning on continuing to stay probably somewhat long term. I'm quiet and respectful and very clean I always clean my room thoroughly everyday specially before I check out which I still did now as I was leaving . I always have my rent paid even if I'm having to pay daily I have it on time early each day no hassle. The issues that occured was within either the third party booking site I use or the motel 6 system it self not sure which either way I had no hand in the issues that arose during the reservation and booking process the last 2 reservation I had made , one of which being the one he has chose not to honor keeping my money. So beware customer service is not priority for sure. Customer service seems to be a hassle and or bother to the management at this location. I will add that the gentleman the young man who usually is working is very helpful and polite and people friendly I would promote him to management for the betterment of the property if I ran that place. But anyways. Just a heads up. This property has no problem keeping your money and not honoring your stay leaving you stuck out for no fault of the guests so.... After reading many other reviews, it seems this is a regular occurrence for this location to take folks money and not honor the stay. Looks like they regular keep belongings that are left behind as well.

Doesn’t look like pictures. Room stank of smoke and something else. TV didn’t work. Staff unfriendly. Lobby closed. Stay doesn’t even come with coffee. Couch torn up and gross looking. HVAC loud and ineffective. Loud upstairs guests which front desk didn’t care to tell they needed to be quiet.

Nick at the front desk was very accommodating he allowed for an early check-in when we really needed it with no extra charge. The rooms are semi updated. We did have to change to a different room initially because the ceiling was falling down over the tub. Outside of that I would recommend for a couple nights stay it's nothing fancy. It appeared to be clean and safe.

People are rude and found bugs inside the room, room smell bad, need to repaint and change shower curtains
