Scottish Inns Suites I 10 East Fwy

I would give zero stars if I could. The room was dirty floors were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. There were cockroaches crawling around. My kid found an open magnum wrapper laying on the floor. My kid stepped on a glass or something sharp in the room n he was bleeding.

Great for location.. Initial customer service was very pleasant. I called for a shuttle at 8:53 pm, I didn’t get picked up until 10 o’clock. when I was finally picked up. There were So many people in the 12 seat passenger van that I began to sweat profusely! I finally get to the property. I’m happy to be at the property. Finally, I go to watch TV and it’s not working…. They tell me things the problem shoot the TV such as mess with the wires behind the TV.. I’ve been here since 10 it’s 1111 and the TV finally is working. The reasoning is we had bad weather earlier at least 12 hours ago… While he’s Problem shooting, I asked nicely to just transfer me to another room so he can take care of this on his own time not on my time. He proceeds to tell me just because the airline got me mad. Don’t take it out on him.. The condescending tone was uncalled for. Your goal in customer service is to give service to the customer.

I bought a room for a couple of night and was constantly price gouged by the night worker at the front desk with the glasses he’s very rude and disrespectful and constantly changes prices on convenience items sold at the front desk I bought a bottle of water one of the night and was told the price was a dollar per bottle so I asked for more then one then was told the price for two is three dollars he also added that this was because when you buy more then one there $1.50 a piece so I opted to just buy one later on that very night I asked for another bottle of water and this man then told me there now $1.50 per bottle but like I previously said he sold me the first bottle for a dollar this is ridiculous then on top of that one of the days when I was still asleep he walked in my room asking me to pay for the room witch I was planning on doing when I got up it wasn’t even checkout time and when I told him not to just walk in my room because I could have been naked and shut the door he then proceeded to bang on the door like he was a officer of the law this man is bad representation of the staff at this inn I will never be returning to this place again

First off they don’t have hourly rates. They make you pay for the full night. I was there to handle some business for a few hours not the whole night. Second put some flooring in your rooms! The carpet is disgusting! The AC unit didn’t work so my associate and I were sweating unnecessarily. The AC unit was just blowing stale air. 1 and done. Go to the Palace Inn or better yet the Crystal Inn. Superior motels!

The service is so bad in here I even get a room and I was checking why they take my stuff out if I reserve for a whole week and they can’t do anything about it I would never stay here again
