First off they don’t have hourly rates. They make you pay for the full night. I was there to handle some business for a few hours not the whole night. Second put some flooring in your rooms! The carpet is disgusting! The AC unit didn’t work so my associate and I were sweating unnecessarily. The AC unit was just blowing stale air. 1 and done. Go to the Palace Inn or better yet the Crystal Inn. Superior motels!

It's clean, not to my standards but we had to stay considering that the main water pipes broke this is the only reason why we stayed here use bleach when cleaning I got grossed out when I bathed and seen hand prints all over the head board that right there tells me the room.seems clean but not like it's supposed to be. Also we got anther room down stairs and there as well white stuff all over the sofa and rust underneath the microwave which once again grossed me out so moral is clean better than what has been done is all I'm saying

Decent rooms. Relatively clean. Weekly rate is affordable for low income or potentially transient guests vs the daily rate. Staff and management are indifferent and if not rude, lacking in personality. I stayed at the Normandy location for 2 weeks before being threatened to have the police called to have me removed because I had my girlfriend staying in the room while I was out job searching...I had included her as an occupant on the initial day I rented the room, and was told that was fine. I also received calls to the room telephone threatening to call the police to have me removed on one occasion that I had 2 friends drop off supplies for a weekend bar b que to me and then started to help with food preparation for no longer than 10 minutes...sheesh. The reason? The manager stated to me it was clearly posted at the front desk that there are NO VISITORS at any time allowed in rooms ..ok. Sure, but call the cops?? Nope. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. If you are solo or have a significant other and zero friends or family that might visit, it'll be a pleasant stay.. Otherwise, I'd suggest you choose another location.

Needed a room at the last minute for 2 nights. Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable! Huge TV w/HBO. I requested more towels/toilet paper which were brought quickly! Will be back!!

I needed a hotel for a few days but didn't know for how long. I am disabled and had to Uber to the hotel. The front desk person said they didn't have a room at first, then they said they did after they saw that I was disabled and my Uber left. I extended for a 2nd night and didn't ask if I needed housekeeping, just barged in. I tried to extend a third night because it would be easier to stay there,but they said pest control was scheduled to come in, which is fine but they should have told me that ahead of time, so I didn't have to rush to find another hotel
