This is a decent motel for the price, and close to the airport. Very friendly desk staff--Leo was super helpful. The room was large, clean, and recently updated with fresh bathroom tile/paint/etc. There is a fair amount of road noise, but we ran the fan on the AC all night for white noise and I slept great. We left before breakfast was served. The shuttle is a service that hops to several of the smaller hotels in the area, and took a very long time to pick us up at the airport. We chose to schedule an uber back to the airport to be sure we got there on time for our early morning flight. Efficient, no frills motel that felt safe and clean.

The hotel itself was great: Clean, modern, comfortable. Maybe the AC needs to be checked because it's very noisy, but aside from that, all good. However, the owners need to really think about their main purpose and make sure to attend that: you're a hotel next to the airport, meaning customers stay here mainly due to long layovers. So I cannot understand why you allow your "24h shuttle" service to be so bad! Examples: - In your hotel description, there is no mention of the fact that your shuttle is shared by multiple hotels. - In your hotel description, there is also no mention that the shuttles only pass once every hour to pick up people at the hotel, and that there's limited space because shuttles are shared by other hotels. So people in large groups have trouble to move together. And if the shuttle you were planning to take is already full, you need to reserve ONE HOUR EARLIER. For me, that meant 6am instead of 7am. - At the airport, two shuttles did not want to take me to this hotel because it was not on their route, as most of the other people they were taking were going to other hotels. - At the airport, the driver took FOREVER to start driving, she spent about 30min talking with other drivers, just creating drama with people, and just wasting everyone's time. - I was told twice to move to different shuttles because they preferred to take people from other hotels.

The rooms were extremely clean. You can tell they are recently renovated. No carpets! And the bed was comfortable. 5 stars for cleanliness. Which to me, for just a quick night, I'd take a clean room over a filthy room with lots of amenities any day. Although I should add, my room had a full sized fridge, a little stove, and kitchen sink. Breakfast seemed fine, there just weren't many options. If you're looking for something healthy, there's even less. But they had the waffle maker or pancake maker or something like that (I didn't get a good look at it). I had a banana. I booked the 8am airport shuttle. They tell you to be in the lobby 15 minutes early, which seems reasonable. But I thought that was just to make sure the shuttle could leave on time, since loading luggage can take some time. It turns out the shuttle actually leaves 15 minutes early. Since I didn't have any luggage, I was going to be about 10 minutes early. However, the front desk does give you a courtesy call when the shuttle is about to leave, which was nice. So I made it onto the shuttle. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. Far better than most motels I've stayed in, solely for the cleanliness.

I had a long layover and ended up here. As a female travelling solo, I didn't feel safe when I arrived around midnight. I didn't have anything happen and can't put my finger on why. It felt unsafe. Would have been different staying there with friends. Now the room was very large, clean and had everything one needs. I had to leave really early in the AM couldn't catch the shuttle. I couldn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment. It served it's purpose, but if I was travelling there again and needed an airport hotel I'd stay elsewhere based totally on bad vibes.

Hi, I want to respond to your message and clear up a few things. I booked the hotel at approximately 12:00 AM on September 13, which I understood as a reservation for that night. We arrived shortly after around 12:30 AM expecting to check into the room we had already paid for. This wasn’t an early check-in. We genuinely believed our booking started at that time. Unfortunately, the front desk was not helpful. The receptionist didn’t offer any real solution just told us we’d need to pay for a second room. There was no attempt to explain things clearly or work with us, and the interaction came off as rude and dismissive. Regarding the refund: we were given two options cancel for $98, or cancel with a smaller fee and wait for a hotel response within 24–48 hours. We chose the second option and followed up, but no one ever got back to us. Eventually, we were told we wouldn’t get a refund — even though we never stayed and were only denied because the hotel wouldn’t honor the booking. We were calm and reasonable throughout. I’m not writing this to cause problems just to share our experience honestly. If you’re arriving late at night, be aware this place may not accommodate you, even if your booking appears valid. Have a wonderful day!
