Absolute failure in management and basic lodging standards. Experienced a multi-hour check-in delay due to backend system errors, followed by a complete breakdown of advertised amenities: no breakfast, a broken AC, a broken remote, and severe trash/smoke odors in the area. Management has refused to validate these clear failures to Expedia to resolve the issue. Avoid this location like a plague

Had a terrible time moving to Houston, but this place helped tremendously as they were able to accommodate parking a rather large uhaul in the parking lot while i stayed there over a few weekdays waiting for my house to be ready, i didnt catch their names but i imteracted with two men and a women in the lobby and they where all great. Will have to come back and try out the jacuzzi room some time!

A terrible hotel and terrible service. During the two nights I stayed there, the TV wasn't working, and the next day, when I returned to the room, the toilet was clogged—yet no one came to fix it. I do not recommend it at all.

Great experience. Quiet, large, clean rooms, nice little pool, elevator to second floor(great surprise!)
