This hotel itself is very beautiful and the room we stayed in was really nice. It was clean, spacious, it was quite at nighttime. It had breakfast in the morning in the lobby. Everything was good. The only major problem I had been with the management and staff at the hotel. When I went to eat morning breakfast. The front desk worker who I could only assume was the manager bluntly and rudely told me that I was checking out on that day. At 11:15am fifteen minutes after check out we got a loud knock at the door and it was the manager telling us we needed to check out. We told him we were considering on staying another night, and he told us that if we wanted to stay we could. We would pay a $75.00 fee and the next day we couldn't stay anymore that we had to check out. We were astounded that we were being treated like this. We decided not to stay another night, and we packed up and left. It took us until 11:50am to pack our stuff and the manager knocked 3 more times before we were out the door. While the physical appearance of the hotel was beautiful and nice the staff there is what made this experience at this hotel my last. I will never stay at this location ever again. Management was rude, and they do not deserve the position they have in this hotel.

The stay here was horrible, first thing expedia booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

We stayed only 1 night at the Timber Creek and Hwy 6 location and we were very pleased with the accomodations. The jacuzzi room is large and roomy. There is a work table with an office chair. There is also a small tall table with 2 chairs in case you want to sit and eat. A love seat for additional company, and a king size bed. The room was very clean. The bed was firm, clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the tile floor around the jacuzzi and in the bathroom is very slippery when wet. We had a great stay and most certainly will stay there again. I would like to add that the staff I dealt with were all very nice.
