I experienced racially biased and discriminatory treatment during my stay at this hotel. At approximately 2:00 AM, I received a call to my room stating that I was not allowed to have visitors. There was no noise, no disturbance, and no prior mention of any “no visitor” policy at booking or check-in. The only way staff could have known about a guest arriving was through active monitoring of the parking lot and cameras—followed by a decision to single out my room specifically. The tone of the call was accusatory, suspicious, and hostile, not neutral or professional. What made this even more troubling is that this rule was clearly being selectively enforced. Other guests were not contacted, questioned, or monitored in the same way. This was not about safety or policy—it was about surveillance, assumptions, and profiling. No guest should feel watched, targeted, or made to feel like a problem simply for existing in a space they paid to occupy. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by this experience. Racial profiling and discriminatory treatment have no place in hospitality, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how I was treated.

Great location , nice rooms pretty clean.. no noise unless cars are passing through the parking lot ! For the price not worth it , Basic breakfast nothing to drink unless you buy , no laundry or pool. Very nice housekeepers

Nice quiet, clean and friendly, went out of there way to assist with a very late check in and breakfast had cereal, waffles, fruit, toast, coffee and OJ.. was a great value hotel.

I really liked this hotel, it’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

HORRIBLE PLACE AND SERVICE. The sheets were dirty. There was hair. We had to leave 7 minutes after booking for an emergency and they didn’t allow us to even have half the refund. Wasted 84 DOLLARS. I DON’T RECOMMEND
