I don’t normally make reviews unless it’s was great or horrible but I will say the rooms were clean , affordable right off the Highway next to shopping centers so super convenient… Highly recommend

Racist misconduct I experienced discriminatory treatment, misconduct, and invasive surveillance during my attempt to stay at this hotel. The discrimination began at check-in. Before I was even fully checked in, the front desk attendant immediately stated “no visitors,” without explanation, without referencing any written policy, and before any issue had occurred. This was said in a suspicious and accusatory tone. Shortly after, I was denied service altogether and refused a full refund despite having paid a significant amount for the room. When I asked why I was being turned away, the staff member stated that he had “watched the cameras” and saw that I had a visitor. This was deeply concerning, as nowhere on the hotel’s website, booking confirmation, or check-in materials is there any policy stating that visitors are prohibited. The hotel relied on surveillance footage and assumptions rather than any disclosed rule, and selectively enforced this against me. The admission that staff was actively watching cameras, monitoring my movements, and using that surveillance to deny service is invasive and inappropriate. It created an environment where I felt targeted, watched, and profiled rather than treated as a paying guest. This experience occurred during Black History Month and was rooted in racial profiling and discriminatory assumptions. I was singled out, denied service, and refused a refund based on surveillance and bias rather than policy. That is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. No guest should be denied service, monitored, or treated as suspicious without cause—especially when no written policy exists to justify such actions. This conduct reflects serious misconduct and discrimination, and I would not recommend this hotel based on how I was treated.

Every time I stayed it was always a pleasure. Staff is great rooms are very comfortable and the overall experience has been great
