By far the best apartment complex I’ve stayed in during my time in Houston (and I’ve lived in more than five others before). I’ve been living here for more than 2 years, and the experience has been consistently positive. The pool area is fantastic and always well maintained, the maintenance team is quick and responsive, and the kids’ park, gym, sauna, and other amenities make living here very enjoyable. They also host regular community events on a monthly basis, which is a great way to meet neighbors and feel more connected. The only drawbacks are that the outdoor spa frequently breaks down and goes out of service for several weeks, the AC units can be quite loud, and some residents bring their dogs to the dog park as early as 5 a.m. without consideration for neighbors. A few clearer community rules around noise would make the experience even better. Overall, though, this is an excellent place to live and still the best I’ve found in Houston.

I’ve lived here for 5 years and have never had any problems. It’s a wonderful family environment with beautiful amenities that truly feels like home as much as apartment living can. Staff is kind and courteous generally. Maintenance is quick and reliable.

This is the best place I have lived in all my adult life! The staff is super amazing esp Belinda , she is super cute and so sweet! This is such a great place our residents are very friendly and it is always nice and peaceful here! Dont let me start about the amenities… WOW! And the things they do for us like right now, as I write this review, we are enjoying a festive meal w neighbors!!! AHHH MAZZZING!!!! I. AM GRATEFUL!!!🎉🫶🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

San Brisas is absolutely amazing community. Amenities especially kids play area is such a huge plus. Special thanks and Kudos to Belinda for being so helpful and supportive. Belinda is reachable and addresses all of the concerns so patiently. We really appreciate all the help! Also, Maintenance team here is quick and resolves issues on priority.
