Will review as soon as I get my 50 dollar deposit back. I used rewards points and was charged $50 as a security deposit. I stayed one night and the room was left in order. I've still not received my money back. That's very shady. It's been since November 6. It is now Nov 25. Don't pay that deposit you will have to fight to get it back. UPDATE: I GOT MY $50 dollars back after calling a month later. Clean and comfy room. Bare bones hotel. It's not right on the access rd but on a close side street. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy as well and there were a few characters wandering around. Otherwise the night was peaceful, restful, the room was clean and tidy and there was a light breakfast with decent coffee.

For what it is, it’s fine as a simple place to spend the night, but the rooms could use a little fixing, curtain rod in the shower was coming off the wall, kept hitting my head on it. Wish the doors didn’t allow the street light in but it was fine. Bed was good. Breakfast was lackluster but the coffee was good. Overall the place did the trick.

Highly disappointed after staying, and do not recommend staying here. I stayed here during beryl for one night, was over priced and disgusting. Like if nothing was cleaned before I got there. Towels were used, I asked for a nonsmoking room but you can clearly see ash burns and stains on the bedding, you can see the street light coming from the door and there was blood stains on the shower curtains and on the door. Website also included breakfast but there wasn’t any. I will never be booking here again.

Amazing!! 5 stars Needed somewhere close to downtown with access to surrounding areas for a week while my apartment was getting ready. The location is perfectly situated by 290 without being in a high traffic zone. I got a room that seemed like it had just been fully updated; granite finishing and led lights in the bathroom with modern wood floor in the room . It smells good and very clean inside. The bed is super comfy.Hair dryer, soap, are included. I love that it has 2 desks and a lot of outlets with usb slots where you can work comfortably. Fresh Breakfast , waffles are great Staff is professional and attentive to needs of guests. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

I have been staying here for a couple weeks and it’s honestly the best option in the area. Clean updated rooms, quiet location, no deposit, owners/management is nice, breakfast is basic but good. Love the waffles. Can’t get all this anywhere else in Houston for the price. ***washer and dryer has been out of order since I’ve been staying here but there is a brand new washateria across the street.
