DO NOT GO THERE. This place is a disgrace. The room smelled like rotten food. There were bugs! Tiny roaches on the floor next to the bed and a ton of bedbugs in the bed. We had to find another hotel. Still waiting on a refund the guy working the front desk said would happen. Demolish the whole thing.

When I got there I paid for a whole week. Yet the next day staff was banging at my door yelling to pay. Once I addressed them, they didn't bother apologizing. The t.v. was broke, but the front desk claimed that the cable was down. I still wanted a t.v. for local news. No wifi nor a room phone.

Demolish the entire building! Musty smell, walls dirty, tub painted, bedding has cigarette burns, stove doesn’t work, slow drainage, ROACHES on wall in kitchen, ceiling, next to bed. We were unaware of infestation and left our food on counter. Roaches were everywhere. The window blinds broken. Towels badly used need replacing. Every inch of this place unsuitable. The only thing NEW was television and that wasn’t working either. We used laptops to watch what we wanted.

If I could give a ZERO star I would. Choice hotel should remove this hotel from their listing. City of Houston should look into this hotel and close it down. Filthy hotel, bed bugs and COCKROACH, lizards in the rooms. Very Rude, liar and misleading representative at the hotel counter. No internet, Wi-Fi, shuttle to medical district even though web site at the time of registration mentioned it.

Hotel is not deserving of rating. Ad for hotel is nothing like actual rooms. No continental breakfast due/to "covid" and can't even go in lobby. No working cable. Internet spotty. Hard to get clean linens because they also use them to clean. Wash cloths especially difficult to come by - had to purchase own at convenience store. No microwave or toaster. Grounds not manicured and actually littered with clothing, alcohol bottles, homeless people,... Holes in walls and cracks in mirrors. Few hotel staff and even fewer that followed through with promises. Don't know if they had an elevator inside, but do not expect one. Would not recommend or stay at this hotel again!!!!
