I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Marriott property. As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve always appreciated Marriott’s commitment to recognizing loyalty — but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Despite the hotel clearly having availability, I was told that no upgrade of any kind could be provided. I’d only get an upgraded room if I paid the full dollar amount for that room. This has only been the case in the last year - it wasn’t like that before. There are no benefits to holding bonvoy status and staying here - rarely do they upgrade you even while having rooms available. I’ve stayed here twice in the last 8 months (both for family funerals) and both times they were unable to upgrade me and also both times the elevator was out of service. What made the experience worse was the interaction or lack thereof with the manager, Ms. Judge. She was dismissive throughout the process and showed zero interest in providing good customer service or even attempting to resolve the issue. Her attitude left me feeling undervalued not only as a loyal guest, but as a customer in general. Her front desk had been working to get us upgraded since the first night we checked in and yet, she never reached out. Marriott typically does much better, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I hope the property takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in how they treat their elite members going forward. This will be my last time here. Front desk attendants were as professional as they could be in a bind and housekeeping was 10/10.

Have not been recently, but i guess i need to. Was a very long term guest (3 yrs) without checking out. Fair rates, maintained high quality standard, good breakfasts, guest event nights, with free drinks, clean rooms. no smoking, no funny smells, safe parking lot, no break-ins, no issues whatsoever.

The worst thing is breakfast! They don’t have a well functioning breakfast. Only one waffle iron. Then no waffle batter. I had to tilt the dispenser to get some batter. Oatmeal was a disaster too runny. The rosemary potatoes were made by a ghost. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this hotel doesn’t deserve this bad side to it. Perfect hotel, great safe location! Clean hotel! But breakfast needs people that can perform. It was sad seeing people walk away disappointed.

Terrible service. I always pick Marriott properties for my stays and this one was the worst service. Waited an hour to get checked in the front desk person was gone no where to be found and the security tells me she just started her shift. Very dissatisfied in the service. Overall room and location are good. If you appreciate the service aspect of hotels please pick another property.

Stay at a lot of different motels and this is one of my favorite. Always clean very friendly beds are comfortable they have security in the parking lot overnight so I always feel safe and get well rested don't have to stay up all night worrying about my vehicle.
