If Marriott and Motel 6 had a child this Residence Inn would be the red headed step-child. Lifetime Platinum Elite member so I've seen some really good Marriott properties and I've seen some bad. This Residence Inn was the worse. First 2 rooms were unlivable. 1. Room 1 had lots of issues. Moved to room 2 doors down. 2. Room 2 handle broken on fridge and fridge sounded like it was about to die. Could not stand noise. 3. Room 3 was ok. Ended up staying in it for 4 nights. Technology issues Night 1 zero WiFi. Called front desk got tech support number. Called 3 times. First call they blamed my devices. Call 2 they hung up when they realized it was same person. Call 3 tech admitted there was a problem at the property but someone at hotel needed to reboot their system and then tech support could perform an update to the system. Woke up next morning and WiFi was working, never got a signal stronger than medium. Tech support said the property has outdated network and that was best we could expect. 2 hours later the television and streaming stopped working right in middle of college football Saturday. Engineering came to room unplugged everything and replugged. He left and about 3 minutes later television crashed again. I moved the coax from wall to tv box and came came out of plug. The coax cable wasn't even screwed into outlet. You couldn't screw it in because the plug in the wall was shoved inside to plate. Reported to front desk and was told engineer would fix. Returned about 12 hrs later, guess what! Yes, not fixed. I ended up unscrewing the plate from wall and connected the coax myself. Yep, it worked. Unbelievable. Unacceptable. Breakfast Weekend extremely limited selection. Eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, milk, apples, old warmedover oatmeal. Not yoghurt. No sweet rolls. Nothing healthy. When another guest asked for more waffle batter the breakfast hostess went to the front desk person and complained that people were wasting batter and she didn't want to make more. The front desk person told her to be nice and make some because it was for kids. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Monday breakfast had a little more variety. But still no yoghurt and no sweet pastries. I've stayed at Fairfield Inn locations that had better breakfast than this Residence Inn. This property needs a new franchisee and either a ground up renovation or tear down and rebuild. The GM of this property should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their hotel to become so bad.

I stayed at this hotel a month ago. The service is great and the staff are very welcoming and kind. The location is decent. The room appears to be very clean and tidy, when you enter. The problem is it is infested with roaches, especially in the kitchen area. I understand that this hotel is dated and there is a full kitchen but it should be exterminated often. I went to heat up food in the microwave and several roaches exited out of there, which is disgusting. I killed quite a few roaches, in the kitchen, with my slipper. This seems to be an ongoing problem according to reviews. All I am going to say is, if you decide to stay at this hotel, bring your bug spray in case you need it.

This Residence Inn is a solid value for the price and location. The staff is cordial and quite friendly. My room was toward the back of the hotel so it really quiet. I do like the proximity to restaurants and other stores. It took no time to get to the medical center during morning rush hour. The breakfast is basic but it's complimentary. It'll hold you over until lunch.

Bare minimum sort of hotel. Dingy carpet, stained furniture etc. But the rooms are large and functional. The breakfast is also just ok

My rating is based on the customer service. During our stay we had issues with our room, however the staff rectified the situation quickly and seamlessly. I can’t thank Flor and Lourdes the general manager enough they went above and beyond. Although this hotel needs some renovations I would definitely stay here again based on how guests are treated. Customer service is a A+ in my experience.
