Stayed almost 2 weeks. My daughter was at a horse show and I had business meetings in the area. This was the perfect set up for us. Plenty of space for work and study. And lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Many years ago lived in this hotel once. Had some good impression. Now tried one more times. Things completely changed. No any complimentary water even for gold or diamond member. No any complimentary drink.floor are filthy and desk coveted with lint. Will never use this hotel anymore

Love the property. Quiet spacious up to date rooms. Awesome service and maintenance staff working on a Saturday which surprised me. Breakfast was great!! Pool and lounge area are open and very clean. No trash anywhere. Props to the management and staff.

I am writing this review out of a deep sense of disappointment and to warn other families. Our booked stay from December 4-8, 2025, was completely ruined due to a severe flea infestation and the hotel's complete failure to manage the crisis. Here is what happened: On the night of December 5th, after working past 11 PM, we returned to our room expecting to rest. Instead, we found fleas in the bed. Both my husband and I were bitten multiple times, with his reaction causing significant swelling. We had our one-year-old daughter with us, and the panic of protecting her was overwhelming. The hotel's response was utterly inadequate. At that late hour, only one front desk agent was present. While polite, she could offer no solution. We were left with no choice but to gather our sleeping infant and belongings to desperately search for another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, we have received zero follow-up or apology from management after formally reporting the issue. Because of the uninhabitable and unhygienic conditions, we could not continue our stay. Our family weekend was destroyed, replaced by stress, sleeplessness, and unexpected expenses for last-minute lodging. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a fundamental breach of trust and safety. We have documented everything. I urge management to address this serious hygiene issue and implore other travelers, especially families with young children, to be cautious.

Centrally located by everything you would need in Katy , TX. Clean rooms and quality service. Good Breakfast with plenty of options and varied day for day.
