Love the property. Quiet spacious up to date rooms. Awesome service and maintenance staff working on a Saturday which surprised me. Breakfast was great!! Pool and lounge area are open and very clean. No trash anywhere. Props to the management and staff.

Many years ago lived in this hotel once. Had some good impression. Now tried one more times. Things completely changed. No any complimentary water even for gold or diamond member. No any complimentary drink.floor are filthy and desk coveted with lint. Will never use this hotel anymore

I am writing this review out of a deep sense of disappointment and to warn other families. Our booked stay from December 4-8, 2025, was completely ruined due to a severe flea infestation and the hotel's complete failure to manage the crisis. Here is what happened: On the night of December 5th, after working past 11 PM, we returned to our room expecting to rest. Instead, we found fleas in the bed. Both my husband and I were bitten multiple times, with his reaction causing significant swelling. We had our one-year-old daughter with us, and the panic of protecting her was overwhelming. The hotel's response was utterly inadequate. At that late hour, only one front desk agent was present. While polite, she could offer no solution. We were left with no choice but to gather our sleeping infant and belongings to desperately search for another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, we have received zero follow-up or apology from management after formally reporting the issue. Because of the uninhabitable and unhygienic conditions, we could not continue our stay. Our family weekend was destroyed, replaced by stress, sleeplessness, and unexpected expenses for last-minute lodging. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a fundamental breach of trust and safety. We have documented everything. I urge management to address this serious hygiene issue and implore other travelers, especially families with young children, to be cautious.

I am absolutely disappointed in Marriott today. I regularly stay at Marriotts with my dog and he has never caused any damage. He is well behaved and a great traveler. Today I was charged $250 for damage to “sheets and towels”. They are supposed to be sending me photos of this damage (refused to do so while I was on the phone with them). I will be honest, I used the kitchen towels to clean up a mess that spilled on the floor of my dog’s food and water bowls mixing on the floor. They already charge a $100 cleaning fee for pets. How is using those towels to clean up a mess beyond that cleaning fee? When I went over this with MULTIPLE staff I got told I needed to train my dog better and the loss and damage charge would stay. I normally do not complain when hotels have some clean issues, but I am going to make this review details so that people know not to stay here. Sheets and towels: These are supposed to be bright white. All of the edges had a yellow tint and were clearly heavily used even though they had gone through the washer. Also, I was told I needed to bring my own towels for my dog. I have no idea why I would expect to spill his food and water needing to clean it up. They also claimed damage to the sheets- my dog slept on the couch. Shower: I found 2 hairs in the shower last night on the wall while showering. Toilet: Definitely had not been cleaned. Staff: Unhelpful and RUDE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

We stayed here for a week and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were kind and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is vast and so delicious and the room itself was great. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area
