We stayed here late January 2026. The ratings were pretty good so we booked here. The lobby and staff and breakfast were great. The room however was a letdown. I was so surprised to see how run down it was. Yes, it was clean, but it appeared nothing had been replaced since it was installed. The stove was the original stove and was very worn, the microwave worked but had a loud buzz when used. The Sofa sagged in the middle and looked to be a decade old and the armrest was very loose. The drapes were only partially attached to the hooks at the top. The carpet looked original. I don't understand the hotel's high rating. Our room was 234 and maybe the others were updated? In any case, we would not reserve again. Again, staff was great, the breakfast was great, lobby was nice, and the room cleaned. But room 234 needs a major overhaul.

I am writing this review out of a deep sense of disappointment and to warn other families. Our booked stay from December 4-8, 2025, was completely ruined due to a severe flea infestation and the hotel's complete failure to manage the crisis. Here is what happened: On the night of December 5th, after working past 11 PM, we returned to our room expecting to rest. Instead, we found fleas in the bed. Both my husband and I were bitten multiple times, with his reaction causing significant swelling. We had our one-year-old daughter with us, and the panic of protecting her was overwhelming. The hotel's response was utterly inadequate. At that late hour, only one front desk agent was present. While polite, she could offer no solution. We were left with no choice but to gather our sleeping infant and belongings to desperately search for another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, we have received zero follow-up or apology from management after formally reporting the issue. Because of the uninhabitable and unhygienic conditions, we could not continue our stay. Our family weekend was destroyed, replaced by stress, sleeplessness, and unexpected expenses for last-minute lodging. This was not a minor inconvenience. It was a fundamental breach of trust and safety. We have documented everything. I urge management to address this serious hygiene issue and implore other travelers, especially families with young children, to be cautious. It has been three days since I formally reported this serious incident. To date, I have received no follow-up, no apology, and no resolution from your management. This continued lack of communication is unacceptable.

Front desk staff were great! Our room, that is a different story. Our room was not properly cleaned. Upon entering, I noticed that a trash can had not been emptied. When I went into the bathroom, it was very unclean and the toilet had remnants of the previous occupant who apparently suffered from a gastrointestinal issue. The carpets in our room as well as the hallway were not recently vacuumed. Overall, our room was not adequately clean. Would I stay here again? No

I here August 31 to September 2, and I want to give special recognition to Rye, who checked me in. When I arrived, the system had crashed, but she handled everything so professionally and quickly. She made sure I was checked in at the same rate, explained all the hotel charges, and provided clear information about my stay. Rye’s kindness, patience, and professionalism really stood out and made my stay an excellent experience. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like that, and I truly appreciate her customer service. Thanks to Rye, my visit was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel—not just for the clean and comfortable rooms, but for the amazing service from staff like Rye who really make a difference.

Everyone here was so nice and helpful. Loved the smiles and friendly chatter I had with each person. Pool was nice. The gym was great! Breakfast was ok. We were notified several days in advance of road work which was good. It allowed us to plan our day.
