It's a nice place to stay while attending a conference. The rooms are a nice size with a full kitchen. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Everyone on the staff are amazing and willing to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction.

No smart television in the room. Just a tiny old tv that didn't even have a guide channel. I'm handicapped and spend most of my time on the road in my hotel room. So in room entertainment is a big deal for me. Rug is disgusting. Bed is tiny. Toilet barely flushes. Avoid this place and stay at one of the others

Despite the mixed reviews I read, I always like to try something for myself and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked through the door to check in from the moment I walked out the door to checkout everything was amazing and top tier. Great breakfast, clean and very spacious room. Ben W was nothing short of AMAZING. Great customer service!!!!

Customer service was beyond outstanding. Right in the middle of downtown but very accessible to so many venues within walking distance. A big plus, full kitchen in the room plus a great morning complimentary breakfast before you head out.$$$ Definitely recommend!

Rooms are huge but gross and a lot smell like cigarettes. Everyone I stayed with complained their AC didn't work well and the cigarette smoke made them switch rooms. The large room does nothing when it's uncomfortable, smelly, dirty, and the TVs hardly work. Not even remotely close to being worth 250$ a night. The city is also extremely noisy. There's nothing comfortable about being at this place. Stay somewhere else
