This hotel was very nice and in a great location. The staff were five star! They were so nice and welcoming. They allowed me to borrow a broom if needed. They offered great recommendations for shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the service staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is fantastic for Rice University area and medical district with shuttle with downtown only about 5 miles away with a 20 min commute to the convention center : really good breakfast product and service. Everything was clean everywhere. I had some problems at check in- which was based on system generated policy from Bonvoy which was straightens out by the manager Bianca Phillips who listened, understood and worked a compromise. I really appreciate her and the staff here. I will be back on my next trip.

This place is amazing, the staff Is superb, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, I’ve been here almost 2 weeks and have no complaints at all. I especially loved this sweet note left by Moody National Management, I knew I was in good hands🙏

The hotel sits close to a very busy intersection. However, once you are inside the hotel - the noise dissipates. The staff at checkin was very cordial, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the medical center, and the interstate. They also provide a shuttle to the medical center area - with a convenient schedule. Also they provide a breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean, and "well appointed". I felt "at peace" upon entering my assigned room. The only thing that may cause one to "pause" was the $9/day parking. Despite, this issue, I would select this location again.
