Fantastic Stay — Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located! I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Houston Medical Center/NRG Park and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The suite was impressively spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed — perfect for both short and extended stays. I especially loved the open layout with a full kitchen, large work area, and comfortable living space. The two queen beds were incredibly cozy, and the large windows offered a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to cook or enjoy takeout comfortably. The bathroom was spotless and featured a sleek walk-in shower with great water pressure. I also appreciated the little details — soft lighting, modern furniture, and a separate vanity area that made getting ready so convenient. The location is unbeatable — just a short, easy walk to NRG Stadium, which made getting to a football game super convenient. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, this Residence Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Houston!

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. The staff were five star! They were so nice and welcoming. They allowed me to borrow a broom if needed. They offered great recommendations for shopping nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the service staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient to many stores and restaurants. My husband is here for work. The room is very nice, big and cozy. Feels like home. Full kitchen, dishes,dishwasher, closet, just everything you need away from home. Breakfast was fulfilling and attended too as needed.

Location is fantastic for Rice University area and medical district with shuttle with downtown only about 5 miles away with a 20 min commute to the convention center : really good breakfast product and service. Everything was clean everywhere. I had some problems at check in- which was based on system generated policy from Bonvoy which was straightens out by the manager Bianca Phillips who listened, understood and worked a compromise. I really appreciate her and the staff here. I will be back on my next trip.
