Location, Location,Location. Great location. Right on beltway 8. 11 minutes to the airport, straight up north on beltway 8 and turned right into JFK boulevard. The room and the bed and the bathroom but okay. It's more motel style. The car park was clean. Plenty of spaces. Check-in process was quick. A big bonus. Just next door is a great Chinese restaurant ( Bamboo) that has great lunch menu. Reasonable prices. Big portions and good service.

I have recently lost my home and have had to find a place that would allow a weekly rate, with the quietness and comfort of an apartment but without the commitment of a lease or utilities. The manager keeps things clean and professional. He smiles and is professionally soft spoken. Clean towels good cleaning products and Direct TV. Lots of eateries and stores within walking distance. And right on the belt way.

Great service. $10 charge for registered service dogs. Modern stylish large decorated rooms. Bigs flat screen tv, fridge, microwave, heat/cooling unit in room. Large bathroom. A very modern and clean comfortable feel to the room. Quiet. Beds are comfortable also.

Could not access the tv only gay porn!! Management is rude don't care to help.. Tub and toilet had mildew. AC blew hot air on 60. I wasn't even in there 10 mins and they refused refund. I stepped in the room so I was not entitled to a refund regardless the cleanliness. Don't go save your money!!!

Very clean comfortable, affordable, quiet.Rooms are homey. First time in Houston and last. The best thing here was this hotel, Dennys down the street.
