I wish I could give it a no stars review. When I booked (through a third party unfortunately) it said check in was 24 hours. It was in fact not, there was no one there, no one picked up the phone and I rang the bell so many times and still no one. Trying to get a hold of the motel also a hassle and very difficult to do. I'm being charged for rooms I didn't stay in. I want a refund or something because if I had to go elsewhere I don't want to have to pay for rooms I didn't use. It would be great if they at least got back to me but that's also a hassle. Horrible experience.. do not recommend

Place is disgusting!! Staff is rude!! Website says they accept dogs & cats and accept ESAs with proper documents. First issue when I arrived is being informed that they don’t allow cats even if they are service animals. I told them I would report them for ADA violation, they then said I could keep her in a cage! A cat in a cage?? They obviously don’t know cats use litter boxes and you can’t just taken them out of the cage and walk them like a dog. They say they are worried about cats tearing up things but this place is already torn up and disgusting. First room they tried putting me in only had half a curtain and the door wouldn’t open. Finally find a room with a door that would open and the smell when I walked in was musty and moldy. Door is broken, floors and walls cracked and patched. Bedding is stained. Roaches and other bugs crawling out of walls. Not even a working smoke alarm! Will definitely be reporting that to local fire department. This is by far the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed. Unfortunately I was low on money and desperate for a place to sleep other than my car.

The pictures are deceiving. The place is in a decent area, close to the airport but is dirty. The room I was given has tons of small roaches. The bed sheets have stains and there is now shower curtain in the restroom. Front Desk assistant is nice. Wish I could have left a good review but too dirty for me.

I have stayed here several times in the past but I will not be staying again. Roaches crawling everywhere curtains are nasty a have holes all in them. And yes they need to let the guys run the office that are polite the lady is rude she needs to stay way in the back. Don't Stay Here

This place sucks and is not worth the stay. The rooms are filthy, sheets are stained, and there’s mold in the bathrooms. Worst of all, there’s absolutely no internet and the hotel doesn’t get any cell service. It’s like living in jail. Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere nicer.
