No daily clean up of room for the four days of our stay.. No ice containers or cups. Took 4 days to get them. No daily towel exchange even when towels were left out to be exchanged. Floors were damaged. Poor customer service when questioned regarding aforementioned issues. No resolve related to issues neither. Horrible experience. Never again will we EVER pay for bad service and a bad experience throughout our stay at this hotel.

5/5 Excellent I paid $63 and change for Saturday night. Everything seems to work and look professionally so that's why I'm giving it five stars. It is very good for the price. I asked the front desk for change of five dollars into quarters for guest laundry and he said he doesn't have such change and that's why the service is four out of five or otherwise it would be perfect. No biggie!!

I stayed at this hotel for one week and did not receive housekeeping services during my stay. My security deposit was also not returned. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my work laptop and wallet in the room. When I initially contacted the hotel, I was told that nothing had been left behind except a cup and an empty bag. After informing them that my employer required a police report and that the laptop could be tracked, the hotel contacted me again and stated that the items had been located. During this interaction, the staff became confrontational after I expressed frustration regarding my missing property. They even had the nerve to ask me whose credit card I was using upon check-in. I should have known it would be trouble.

The worst customer service imaginable. They called the police on me after I refused to give the manager another $50 cash. They kept my $50 deposit but still tried to charge my card 7x since checking out. The back door to your room doesn’t lock which is unsafe in this area. They will not replace toiletries so you will need to purchase your own. Many of the hotel guests are homeless or loud, so you will be woken up every hour on the hour and get almost no sleep. The sheets are stained with unknown liquids and there are roaches. Good luck to you if you stay here. You will need it.
