$400 a week to live in pure squalor. It is evident that money is not being put into the upkeep of the property or pest control. This is a Red Roof Inn yet the doors aren't red. They require a contract to ensure you pick up your dog waste, however it is not enforced as dog waste is in large supply. The ice machine was out of order. The room door did not meet the seal, thus rain and bugs seep under the door and into the room. Once I opened the door, I was met with a pungent odor. It was a mix of mold and paint. I coughed for the entire week. Roaches could be found on the bathroom floor and inside the tub. The water pressure was so low, I could not properly shower. None of my 2,000 parts were wet simultaneously. I am glad I brought my own towels as theirs were soiled. Housekeeping was limited to spot cleaning, as the walls, lamp shade, and furniture was visibly soiled. On my second day, I was locked out of my room because the housekeeper stated I had a snake. I, in fact, have a bioactive plant terrarium, with nothing but plants and a skull. On my last day, the clerk told me that the manager said I cannot have plants in the room. Plants!?! I had to inform him several times that I was in fact not staying there. The room was nasty and I was extremely uncomfortable. The location was good, as it is close to Walmart and other food options.

I haven’t stayed in a cheap hotel for 25 years because of never needing a room for just one night. Man, how things have changed. It’s been a month since that night and we still haven’t recovered from health issues (rashes and swollen lymph nodes - with bringing bedbugs home with us). I assume, since we had to bring our very small dog, we were put in a room where dogs were allowed as there were scratch marks on inside of bathroom door and other damage you could see done by large dogs. There was moldy, dirt filled, peeling paint on the windowsill. Chipped and marked up paint everywhere. Bathtub did not look cleaned. Upon first entrance, the smell of cleaning chemicals was so toxic, we could hardly breathe. Thankfully, we brought some essential oils to hide the smell - but that didn’t hinder the effects of sleeping in such a toxic soup. Do not recommend this hotel. Don’t care how much money you’re trying to save. There will be a price to pay in your health. UPDATE: The response from management is quite amusing. Talking about pest control only. If you kept the rooms/hotel clean - pests wouldn't be that big of an issue. Did they look at the pictures?? They kinda say it all.

I was literally kicked out of this hotel for leaving red dye on white sheets from my spaghetti strap dress I use when I have flare ups due to my skin disability. I explained to the rude front desk guy housekeeper who interrogated me with a picture that it was my red dress and even showed it to them they still refused to believe me and told me I wasn’t allowed back to their hotel. I had been staying off and on for a couple of days. The restroom had German roaches the ones you find in restrooms and kitchens it was a good amount too to when I would turn on the bathroom light they would scatter across the floor. It’s horrible to be treated this way when you are in a career of hospitality cause that surely is not it. I will never give my money to this location ever again. Rude front desk and rude housekeepers arguing with guest very unprofessional.

Morning male worker who lives on site is the most rudest and unprofessional person! Very disrespectful on how he handles things, needs to be trained better, wouldn't recommend this place

Blood on the sheets and management was awful. Literally the worst red roof I've ever been in.
