Andrea at the front desk has such a pleasant customer service. The manager Nil is very profesional and housekeeping Alex did an amazing job keeping my room clean. Great experience overall.

Worst stay ever!! Do not stay here!! I was switched rooms twice during my very short stay here. I booked for 5 nights and they refused to refund me any of my money back but the amount of issues I had staying here I just couldn’t endure staying for a whole 5 nights! Both rooms were infested with roaches and the smoke alarm were non existent in these rooms. They have torn up furniture and covers that have holes from cigarette burns. THESE ROOMS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES WHICH IS VERT MUCH SO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They have a phone but not plugged in and not working whatsoever. There’s a lot of random ppl just hanging outside and some people were actually homeless asking for money. Just disappointed that I couldn’t get some of my money back based on the amount of issues and unsafe environment this so called motel is supposed to be.

I understand convenience.. but this hotel is not where you want to book. The towels that are supposed to be clean had hair in them, the tub looks terribly dirty even after trying to clean it, and I swear we were getting ate up by something while we were asleep. We came here over the weekend for in-town getaway real quick. It seriously was not worth it; Please do not get me started on the unprofessional staff. The lady at the front desk literally said to me "I don't have to answer your questions." As if she doesn't work in customer service as a front desk clerk... It's literally her job to answer any questions pertaining to providing any form of clarity regarding the hotel's policies. They'll even charge you a $50 "security deposit" on top of paying for the room. This goes for any type of room. And no it's not listed on the website. It's also not listed anywhere on the building just to warn you all up front. Do not book here. If you're looking for something convenient, go somewhere else in the area. Do not come here. Y'all stay safe out here, man. 🩵

My wife booked this place for a week we were supposed to stay here together. I had to have emergency surgery on my hand. So my wife didn’t want the reservation to go unused so her and her Boyfriend John stayed and enjoyed each others company while I stayed in the hospital by myself. I had no one to even check me out of the hospital I had to lye and say my friend was there to get me. They said they did not enjoy the stay at the establishment. Sorry

Its a 2 to 3 stars motel. For that disination, its one of the best! Clean rooms, great and helpng staff, amazing location. The parking is ample and free. The facility is wheelchair friendly. Their pool is ok. And there is decent walkable grocery and restaurants in the area . Walky Jo's THUMBS-UP
