The room was very clean at first until I started seeing dead roaches but ok cool my only problem I had was see roaches the next morning it's like they were coming out every where so no I had to go. But let's be clear I have stayed there before with no issues I believe it was just room alone. But when you stay in hostels it's always gonna be a hit or miss.

Rooms were quite exceptional. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast was continental style,lacked in appearance but was sufficient enough to kill the hunger pain. Brooklyn has many other breakfast bistros to offer. Was a great stay. Bathroom/ modernized bed comfortable. Great memories already.

We thought the motel was suitable for a stay before moving into an apartment, and our budget was tight, but... ❌️BLACK MOLD ON THE WALLS. Let me remind you that it is unsafe to breathe, especially for children... It can be fatal. ❌️The smell of mustiness and old age, the smell of mold, dampness, as if the room hadn't been ventilated for years... ❌️The toilet didn't work..., the shower is ancient. It would be scary to be alone at night in this small and cramped space, especially if there were cockroaches. ❌️VERY.SLOW.INTERNET. Speed ​​is 20 Mbps, the motel has an old router on an old and outdated frequency. Many motels offer speeds of 700 and higher. ❌️Strange surroundings and residents. We spent no more than an hour there, demanded money and left for another place, but during this time the police had already arrived there for some reason, and the office doors were closed for a long time. ❌️ the exterior is dirty, looks very and very poor, unkempt and smells strange...

if i could give this place 0 stars i would!! i do not reccomend staying here. firstly, my friend i checked in and they charged us a $20 fee for an early check in that wasn’t stated anywhere in any written policy on hotel.com nor on the property. secondly, the cleanliness, staff, and infrastructure of this place is very poor. our first room we stayed in was infested with roaches.. they were crawling out of the 4 corners in the walls and we had to shake out our stuff because there were roaches in our luggage. both baby ones and HUGE ones.. there was also stains that resembled blood on the floor… our second room that they claimed was “clean” also had roaches and we had to spend $20 worth of spray to ward them off just to go to sleep for the night. there was roaches coming from the air vent. why am i paying to stay somewhere where i have to play pest control? besides that the sheets in our second room has cigarette holes and stains along with the hairdryer on the wall having literal mold growing on it… the fridge in the second room was also dirty… regarding infrastructure, the bathroom in the first room was deplorable. the bathtub was cracked and there was sloppy paint jobs all over it to cover up the fact it was broken. the “pool” was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned the whole season. also if you stay in room 209, they literally painted over a LIVE roach and it’s STILL on the wall!! gross!! to top it off, when we asked for a refund the front desk lady was argumentative and refused when both rooms were infested with pests… it’s like they don’t acknowledge that there’s roaches and they also lie about there being exterminator. there’s clearly not one of there’s roaches everywhere in the hotel. i’m convinced the housekeepers do not clean because the sheets are gross, the furniture is gross, and everything else is. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

my experience staying here is wonderful. Angela is so very help full!!! Angelina who is in housekeeping does an awesome job. my room always smells fresh and clean. The hotel has great rates. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great safe place to stay. very pleased.
