I had to stay here after United delayed me 23 hours. Seemed fine at first. Called room service a couple of times and never got back to me. Had to go down and order it. They were short staffed so it didn't bother me much. The main reason this is getting a 2 star rating is cleanliness. There were a couple of obvious stains on the ground, but the biggest was one of the towels had dried residue. Almost like something sticky went through the dryer and hardened. Just felt grossed out afterwards. The friendly staff kept it from a 1 star. Maybe just a bad night to stay here, but can't recommend because of it.

The airport shuttle drivers were the best part of my stay! Very helpful and consistent, unlike anything else with my stay. Wished I carried around more cash because those drivers deserve it. Leaving this review so they get the recognition they deserve. Derek(sp.) was great! Everything else with the hotel was average or below average...

I am rating this Hotel a 4 star. Because customer service is good. I have a couple of suggestion for management. You have a great staffing, the food is amazing and cocktails. My first suggestion is the lay out of the restaurant is really old fashion. The carpet needs to be change for more modern look. The plants are taking the vision from the outside. Trash can and staff wrapping dinner ware by the bar while customers eating “not a good look” definitely needs to be done by a waitress station in the back. The girls are great but they need to have their hair up “ they serving food”, It should be a door by the bar hallway towards the kitchen, customer do not want to see what’s going on in the back, to much attention. The lights by the bar “oh no” they need to go. Besides all that I come here a least once a week to eat for happy hour good prices and the food is amazing.

I booked a stay at this hotel after my flight was cancelled. This hotel had 3.5 stars so I expected it to be decent, however I was extremely disappointed. To start, my room smelled awful!! I didn’t have any toiletries since I was not expecting to be in a hotel, and my room only had conditioner. When I went down stairs to have dinner at the bistro, I was told that they needed to close because there was only one cook in the kitchen and he was extremely backed up. Some of the pillow cases on the bed are inside out along with the sheets... so I’m not even sure if they wash the sheets or just turn them inside out for the next guests. I do not recommend this hotel, and if my replacement flight gets cancelled again today, I’ll be finding another hotel to stay at.

You can tell this place is barely hanging on. Their gym had a half empty dumbbell rack. There was a single 50lb weight among others. Who stole the other one? Cable machine had no additional handle attachments. Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Rust comes from the shower initially. Room was large. Restaurant food was good except for the nachos. Staff was nice. Rm 1074
