Horrible wifi internet. Family spotted lots of wasps on the porch and even a big cockroach inside the windows, less than 1 day our hotel room had 5 roaches inside. I'm never coming back here.

The hospitality is there but the place definitely needs some major upgrades. For ex: the shower head is falling out, the water doesn't seem to go down, little dead roaches and roaches poop inside the picture frames on the wall, parking lot is very bumpy, takes awhile for the gate to open outside for you to park, the fridge was dirty, smells like cigarettes outside the rooms, the bathroom sink is almost breaking down, coat hanger is breaking down, debris in the rr, wifi is trash. But there were some good things about the place like the vending machine, running hot water, functioning toilet, hand soap available, ac seemed to work well, rooms are quite spacious. But overall the place was ok but just wouldn't stay there again. Staying here would be my last resort if I've got no where else to stay.

I’ve been staying at Red Carpet Inn for about 4 months, and I honestly can’t wait to leave. For the past few weeks, the so-called assistant manager who lives below me in room 157 has made my stay here a nightmare. I’m 6 months pregnant, and it’s been really hard dealing with her behavior. She’s been turning off my AC on purpose — they have a switchboard at the front desk that controls it, so it’s definitely not a mistake. No idea why she has an issue with me, but it’s been really uncomfortable. On top of that, the place is a joke. There are bed bugs, roaches in the fridge, and despite being a "non-pet friendly" hotel, there are cats everywhere. It seems like some guests are allowed pets while others aren’t — very inconsistent and unfair. The final straw was when we were asked to leave for no reason other than the assistant manager’s ill feelings towards me. If you’re pregnant or just looking for a decent, comfortable place to stay, this is not it. Would not recommend.

The staff cares about their customers. They care about the facility and are always working to make it better. The housekeeping staff really worries about nice clean white towels and doesn't excellent job cleaning our rooms.

I would advise not staying at this location. I lived there for 6 months (approximate cost $1,400 a month)I had to go to the hospital for 3 weeks. They locked my boyfriend out of our room and 7 Days later tossed all my stuff out or kept it considering it was a lot of valuable things like my bikes and my desk, and my safe. All of his clothes some of his tools. The whole time telling me that everything was good that my stuff was in their storage.
