Worse hotel ever! And I’ve been to a lot of places. Shuttle: had to find info regarding shuttle myself as nothing was sent. Lady who answered to order it was SO rude. Said 30min. After 50min I gave up and took a cab. Next morning I realized that it never showed the name of the hotel on it so would have never found it. Driver ask us for our terminal but at the end he only stopped at C and nowhere else. Room: felt like the person next door was in the same room communicating door was super thin. Person next door watched tv until 4am. Had to sleep with a pillow on my ears but still could hear it. Shower: either normal pressure but cold water or low pressure and room temperature water. Out of shower gel. Was there for only 7 hours. Was looking forward to a warm shower and a good sleep. I left stinky and tired.

If I could give a 0/5 rating to this hotel then I would. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Our group of 9 waited over 1.5 hours for the "airport shuttle" they reassured our group was coming (it never was). Hired 2 taxis to take us there, both of which thought the hotel was closed and condemned. Not a single car in the lot except the front desk staff. The front staff were extremely rude to us over a booking discrepancy (paid booking.com for 3 rooms and they apparently only released the value of 1 room to the hotel). We showed our confirmation of payment and were met with rolling eyes and absolute annoyance. I pointed out that it was uncomfortable that they were rolling their eyes, in which they responded by asking us to leave...No problem- we walked next door and booked 2 rooms at the neighboring hotel (they laughed at us when they heard we were originally booked at the Ramada, citing "we thought it was closed. Some shady things going on over there".

Was going to stay here for two nights, checked out after the first night, this hotel is in the middle of being renovated, there was dust everywhere, no breakfast area downstairs. I had a workman walk i to my room unannounced, at 10am, while having a ‘do not disturb’ on the outside of the door. Finished my work meetings, then checked out. Will not being staying here again, booked myself a hotel elsewhere.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS PLACE!!! I booked a room for this past Monday, and when I got there, I about died at how bad the place was. They did offer to send me to another hotel since they were under construction, which I gladly accepted. I could not believe it when I got to the other one; it was even worse and smelled horrible. I explained to the front desk girl that there was no way I could stay there since I just knew I would not be able to sleep in those conditions. I am a Wyndham Rewards Member so I asked to be switched to yet another hotel or get a refund, and of course, they refused. I went right across the street to the LaQuinta by Wyndham, which was clean and smelled amazing, and booked another room there, so I am not sure why they could not have done that for me, or why, since I did not even stay there, they kept my money!!! i LITTERLY ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECOUSE IT WILL NOT LET ME POST THIS WITHOUT GIVING THEM SOME STAR, SO YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I booked through Booking.com, and it says breakfast is included, but there isn't. There's a 24-hour waffle restaurant right next door, very convenient. The phone number is incorrect; I had to call the other Ramada to get the number and request the shuttle. It wastes a lot of time. They need to correct the number.
