Ramada by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airport East

Stayed here during a winter storm warning. I stayed two nights. I got here the first night and the front desk staff was friendly and quick. My first room smelled like wet towels (mold) and I asked for a different room and it was no issue and the next room was better, no smell. This entire hotel is outdated and needs renovations or upgrades in a lot of areas. The bed was clean but the springs were worn as I could feel and hear them every time I climbed in. Breakfast was not free ($7.99 buffet style) There weren’t many options but the lady working was so amazing & attentive even though she was the only one there. Dinner was good, once again only one guy working but he was hustling! Good job to him. My bolognese took about 45 minutes to come out but it was worth it as it was delish. Overall, easy quick cheap hotel near the airport. But nothing even close to nice or luxurious. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but the staff saved it all, in my opinion.

the hotel is very close to the airport and the staff was incredibly helpful. from late night arrival they made it very easy to find the free shuttle (door 105 in terminal c) i called when i landed and when i walked outside and found the shuttle the gentleman was waiting for me personally, which i thought was very thorough and considerate! great communication from front desk to shuttle operator. the morning shuttle to the airport was prompt and took about 15 minutes from the hotel. the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

My flight got cancelled and I chose to stay near the airport for picking up rebooked flight next day. Guys you have to admit that Ramada is high 2 stars and low 3 stars, so dont expect the fancy condition like other 3 stars at other area. Positive: offer shuttle, nice staff, comfy bed, Dove soap production, strong water pressure, cleaned as acceptable level short stay. Concerned to admit: Room is outdated due to long time location. At night there was some sounds from somewhere that make a little creepy feelings. Bath-tub slow water digest. Conclusion: If you want a short stay facility closed to the airport with reasonable price - this one is for you. If you want couple days to enjoy your vacation, you might want to find different area. Thank you for all support!

The drug smell got all in my room, housekeeping friendly but do half of a job and poor customer service from a guy there that was older grey hair and glasses. The rooms are outdated and rusty. Not a good hotel. Find something better. Had to come here from the weather. Horrible stay. Someone had the keys to my room not safe! Shower was cold, no hot water. Drinks and food was expensive. Shuttle took too long but, when it finally got there it was a nice ride and shuttle customer service was friendly. If I got a better room I would do it again and no drug smell. Weed was definitely in the air and clouded my room up with a musty smell. Is if they banned that, I will consider to come back . Internet did work perfectly, Tvs are nice and the Roku services were great. Watch YouTube etc. Fridge was great, microwave was great. Plugs were great. Lights worked. The heating and air conditioning worked. Towels were great, I had all the hygiene products I needed. That's a plus. So those were the good things about my stay.

Everything is amazing and wonderful and perfect. The staff is so kind gorgeous people the cleaning people have a beautiful smile with kindness heart hard-working so clean every day every morning with the delicious food to make the kitchen beautiful the reception is so kind and lovely too. thank you. Thank you so much with you for your help and support. I wish every hotel understand people problem and help people like you guys thank you thank you so much.
