Stayed here during a winter storm warning. I stayed two nights. I got here the first night and the front desk staff was friendly and quick. My first room smelled like wet towels (mold) and I asked for a different room and it was no issue and the next room was better, no smell. This entire hotel is outdated and needs renovations or upgrades in a lot of areas. The bed was clean but the springs were worn as I could feel and hear them every time I climbed in. Breakfast was not free ($7.99 buffet style) There weren’t many options but the lady working was so amazing & attentive even though she was the only one there. Dinner was good, once again only one guy working but he was hustling! Good job to him. My bolognese took about 45 minutes to come out but it was worth it as it was delish. Overall, easy quick cheap hotel near the airport. But nothing even close to nice or luxurious. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but the staff saved it all, in my opinion.

the hotel is very close to the airport and the staff was incredibly helpful. from late night arrival they made it very easy to find the free shuttle (door 105 in terminal c) i called when i landed and when i walked outside and found the shuttle the gentleman was waiting for me personally, which i thought was very thorough and considerate! great communication from front desk to shuttle operator. the morning shuttle to the airport was prompt and took about 15 minutes from the hotel. the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Building is old, but has had some upgrades. Room was fine, good bed, clean and enough linens, shower worked well. Great for an overnight stay->close to the airport. coffee/teapot was in the room, also microwave and refrigerator No meals were taken.

🔴 ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This was without exaggeration one of the most humiliating, disrespectful, and unacceptable hotel experiences I have ever had. Staying here was a complete waste of money and time, and I strongly warn anyone with self-respect, families, or infants to stay far away. From the first day, the staff member Lui treated me in a shocking and degrading way. Instead of doing his job, he ordered me to put beds together, carry my own luggage, and handle basic services myself, as if I were staying in a hostel, not a hotel I paid for. When I objected and explained that this was their responsibility, his response was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. When I raised serious concerns about my infant’s safety and requested a crib, his answer was absolutely outrageous: “What do you think I should do, offer you my home?” This reply alone shows the level of disrespect and lack of professionalism. I was clearly being pushed to cancel my booking, and it was obvious why: so they could keep one night’s fee. This behavior felt intentional, manipulative, and unethical. The situation only got worse. Lunch was not available at all Dinner arrived more than ONE HOUR late The waitress Javier was extremely rude and careless in attitude When I asked politely where the food was, the response was: “I’m not the chef, I don’t know.” When I explained my baby was hungry, the response was even more shocking: “We’ve been here since 7am, so wait.” Unbelievable. No empathy. No professionalism. No humanity. Other serious issues: Hotel doors are so heavy they require two strong people to open washing & dryer not working Internet barely connects At checkout, no one helped with anything, despite knowing I was traveling with an infant This hotel is not family-friendly, not service-oriented, and not suitable for paying guests. The staff are rude, dismissive, and openly hostile. I felt disrespected, ignored, and pressured throughout my stay. ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE. ⚠️ DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY OR CHILDREN. ⚠️ YOUR MONEY WILL BE WASTED. This place either needs new management, a complete staff replacement, or to be removed from booking platforms entirely. Until then, I strongly advise future guests to stay away unless you want stress, insults, and zero service.
