Our stay at the hotel provided by Delta Airlines due to a missed connection was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the smell was overwhelming and unpleasant. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom light, a roach crawling on the wall, and the entire space felt unsanitary. We asked to switch rooms, only to find that the second room’s toilet wouldn’t flush, and it somehow managed to be even worse. The carpets were filthy, with visible grime and stains. The walls had what appeared to be urine stains, and the toilet had a disturbing yellow ring around the bowl. It was hard to believe this hotel was operating under any standard of cleanliness. I had my toddler with me who I did not even feel comfortable touching anything. To make matters worse, the shuttle schedule they provided was incorrect, which almost made us miss our rebooked flight. When we tried to complain, the front desk told us we had to take it up with the airline. We asked to speak to someone from Radisson, since the property carried their branding, but we were told they were no longer affiliated with Radisson. No signage made that clear. This hotel is in desperate need of a health inspection and serious investigation. It’s completely unacceptable that Delta would send stranded passengers here.

Rating: 0/5 – Disgusting Stay Provided by American Airlines American Airlines arranged a stay here after a delayed flight, and it was an absolute disaster. I would’ve been better off sleeping at the airport. The hotel smells horrible—from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. It’s a strong, musty stench that makes you feel like nothing has been cleaned in years. The AC filters were filthy, completely covered in dust, and the air quality in the room was terrible. They didn’t even provide basic breakfast, despite saying it was included. That’s false advertising on top of everything else. The lotion they provided smelled so bad, I had to throw it away immediately. Nothing about this stay felt hygienic or safe. The entire place lacks cleanliness, from the dirty floors to the neglected bathrooms. It’s shocking that American Airlines would book passengers here. This hotel needs serious inspection and accountability. Do NOT stay here, even for free—it’s not worth your health or sanity.

My flight was delayed, and the airline picked this place. The night attendants were rude and totally unhelpful. When it was time to leave they knocked on the door at 120, saying the shuttle is leaving at 1PM to take you to the airport. You are supposed to be downstairs at 1PM. I said really no advance notice nothing. I'm telling you now. The airline told us they were supposed to serve food. That didn't happen at all. We were advised to Uber eats once we arrived.

Horrific. We were placed here using a voucher by the airline after our United flight was delayed 21 hours. Arrived at 2am, given a room on the second floor (209) that had live bugs in the beds and black mold around the bathtub. Front desk reluctantly gave us a new room on the 3rd floor instead. Hotel smelled bad, seemed damp and if it had not have been so late with small kids I would have left. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

United Airlines Voucher due to delayed flight. Arrived at 4:45am and were told check out is strickly noon, no exceptions..hotel smells of mold. Bedsheets are extremely itchy. Carpet is gross and sticky. Elevator needs serious attention...DO NOT STAY HERE
