Visiting East End Lofts was a wonderful experience! I loved the aesthetic of the building along with unique layouts of the units. My tour guide Marq was very knowledgeable about the property, the history behind the building and was very familiar with the east end area. The location is perfect. Very close to downtown. Overall 10/10 experience!

Avoid East End Lofts at all costs. I move almost every year for my career and have lived in many apartments around this price point. East End Lofts is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. It is not luxury, not well-managed, and absolutely not worth the money. This place is a blatant cash grab. I signed my lease with a promotion for four weeks free rent and never received it. Management took my money and conveniently ignored the incentive. That alone should tell you what kind of operation this is. Despite “concrete walls,” you can hear everything—screaming children, blaring music, and nonstop barking and crying dogs. Somehow, management even accused me of having a dog and causing noise complaints. I don’t own a dog. Total incompetence. The unit itself is wildly overpriced. Poor paint job, filthy oversized windows, chipped hardwood floors, and nearly $300 in extra monthly fees on top of rent. The elevator has been broken for months, forcing residents to haul heavy furniture and packages up the stairs. The package system is a disaster—one chaotic room for the entire building with no oversight. Important packages were lost. Multiple entrances don’t work, making deliveries impossible after 6 pm and resulting in stolen packages. Management’s response? “Just reorder it.” Add in valet trash fees, fines for bins they never provided, and a $100 amenity fee for unusable internet, and you get a place that nickel-and-dimes tenants while offering nothing in return. Do not live here. You will regret it.

I love it! This is the first complex I’ve ever renewed my lease at. The residents are friendly and respectful, maintenance is the best! The absolute best! The office personnel and property manager are like no other! Top tier service always! I love it here!

East End Lofts used to be an acceptable place to live when the units were under 2000 a month. For example, my rent was 1800 in 2023 and that exact same unit now rents for well over 2000, which is outrageous for what the building actually offers. They simply do not compare to the newer apartments in the area and absolutely should not be charging similar prices. A green pool, uncomfortable outdoor furniture, a dark gym, and spotty WiFi. They are trying to market themselves as a luxury building but the reality is far from it and the pricing should reflect that. I have lived in both buildings, the cement one and the wood frame one with the green finishes, and the issues were the same in both: roaches, recurring mold, and flooding. The staff is nice but their hands are tied. At the end of the day the property is old and no amount of surface level upgrades can fix the underlying problems. In this economy, save your money and your peace of mind and choose somewhere else to live!

I've had nothing but amazing experiences since moving in! Pros for me: The interior and and common areas provide me with a creative spark which is much needed at times. I'm in the Real Estate space and had to host a small gathering for other professionals in the space and EVERYONE loved the vibes. The area is 5-10 minutes from everything you'd like to downtown Also they have an amazing event planner, she's extremely friendly, welcoming, and plans a host of events each month if you're looking to have a community feel. The list goes on. Con: The only one that I have is the walls are SUPER thin, i've lived in many lofts usually noise is a common issue but it's a little more apparent here. 2 of my children live with me, my neighbors sent videos of my little one crying and playing DEFINITELY sounds like he lives in the house with them. Other than that this place is AMAZING! The aesthetic has helped me close 3 real estate transactions and i've only been here 2 months
